The present invention relates to a stud for a drywall and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein a first plate and a second plate having the same area are stacked, and the first plate doubly stacked and the second plate are roll formed at the same time to manufacture the stud. Therefore, throughout the whole area of the stud, a boundary surface is contained between the first plate and the second plate, wherein a sound wave is reflected and refracted. Thus, provided are the stud for a drywall and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein sound insulation performance can be significantly improved, and the stud can be easily manufactured.
본 발명은 건식벽체용 스터드 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이는 동일한 면적을 가지는 제1플레이트와 제2플레이트를 적층하고, 2겹으로 적층된 제1플레이트와 제2플레이트를 동시에 롤포밍하여 상기 스터드를 제조하여, 상기 스터드 전체 면적에 걸쳐 상기 제1플레이트와 상기 제2플레이트 사이에 음파가 반사 굴절되는 경계면이 포함되도록 형성한다. 이에 따라 차음성능이 크게 향상될 수 있으면서 제조가 용이한 새로운 건식벽체용 스터드 및 그 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
