PACKER EXTENSION TYPE GROUND ANCHOR BODY
The present invention relates to a packer expansion type ground anchor body. The packer expansion type ground anchor body comprises: an inner body (120) enclosing the outer circumference of a packer (150) and having a hanging protrusion (123) at a rear end, wherein the inner body (120) includes one or more bending members (125) and the outer circumference is in contact with an excavation hole (1); a support unit (130) including a fixing unit (131) having a hanging groove (132) corresponding to the hanging protrusion (123) of the inner body (120) and improving adhesion; and a tension member (140) connected to the inner side of the fixing head (110) by a compression grip (131). The inner body (120) connects an expansion piece (121), a control piece (124), and a finishing piece (126) by the bending member (125) to be bent against each other. Multiple hanging protrusions are formed on the surface of the inner body (120) so the inner body (120) is in contact with the inner circumference of the excavation hole (1) in a horizontal state in order to increase a frictional force and a pressing force so that the anchor body can be strongly anchored. Therefore, the packer expansion type ground anchor body can prevent a large scale accident due to a ground failure by reinforcing strength in the excavation hole. Also, the packer expansion type ground anchor body can be used for multiple purposes as the length of the inner body can be easily adjusted and applied as necessary.
본 발명은 패커 확장형 그라운드 앵커체에 관한 것으로, 패커(150)의 외주연을 감싸되 후단에 걸림돌기(123)를 형성하고 한 개 이상의 절곡부재(125)를 구비하여 외주면이 굴착공(1)에 면접촉할 수 있도록 하는 내하체(120)와, 상기 내하체(120)의 걸림돌기(123)에 대응하는 걸림홈(132)을 형성한 고정구(131)를 구비하되 부착력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 지지구(130)와, 상기 고정헤드(110)의 내부에 압착그립(141)으로 결합시키는 인장재(140)로 구성하되, 상기 내하체(120)는 확장편(121)과 조절편(124) 및 마감편(126)을 절곡부재(125)로 연결하여 상호 절곡할 수 있도록 하고 표면에는 다수개의 걸림턱을 형성하므로 수평상태로 굴착공(1)의 내주연에 면접촉으로 밀착시켜 마찰력과 압착력을 증대하도록 구성하므로, 앵커체를 견고하게 정착시킬 수 있도록 함과 동시에 굴착공 내부의 강도를 강화시켜 지반 붕괴로 인한 대형 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 내하체의 길이를 필요에 따라 간편하게 조정하여 적용할 수 있도록 하므로 범용적으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

The present invention relates to a packer expansion type ground anchor body. The packer expansion type ground anchor body comprises: an inner body (120) enclosing the outer circumference of a packer (150) and having a hanging protrusion (123) at a rear end, wherein the inner body (120) includes one or more bending members (125) and the outer circumference is in contact with an excavation hole (1); a support unit (130) including a fixing unit (131) having a hanging groove (132) corresponding to the hanging protrusion (123) of the inner body (120) and improving adhesion; and a tension member (140) connected to the inner side of the fixing head (110) by a compression grip (131). The inner body (120) connects an expansion piece (121), a control piece (124), and a finishing piece (126) by the bending member (125) to be bent against each other. Multiple hanging protrusions are formed on the surface of the inner body (120) so the inner body (120) is in contact with the inner circumference of the excavation hole (1) in a horizontal state in order to increase a frictional force and a pressing force so that the anchor body can be strongly anchored. Therefore, the packer expansion type ground anchor body can prevent a large scale accident due to a ground failure by reinforcing strength in the excavation hole. Also, the packer expansion type ground anchor body can be used for multiple purposes as the length of the inner body can be easily adjusted and applied as necessary.
