FLANGE TYPE WATERPROOF SLEEVE FOR PIPING
The present invention relates to a flange type cutoff plate and, more specifically, to a flange type cutoff plate which prevents concrete and a cutoff plate from being separated from each other by having an insertion flange inserted with rubber packing to correspond to the shape of a lower side of a flange main body and prevents moisture or a concrete liquid from flowing into the inside. The flange type cutoff plate comprises: the flange main body having a hollow unit formed in a cylindrical shape with a predetermined thickness in order for a pipe to be inserted into the hollow unit, wherein the flange main body is formed by injection of plastics at a predetermined thickness in order for the hollow unit of the inside to be formed; and an insertion flange. The insertion flange comprises: a second screw clamping unit including a second thread unit having a thread on the inner circumference of a predetermined diameter to correspond to a first screw clamping unit of the flange main body; and a second spring insertion groove unit in which a spring is inserted into the larger inner circumference than the inner circumference to correspond to a first spring insertion groove unit. The flange main body includes the multiple first screw clamping units installed to enclose the hollow unit, and the first screw clamping unit has a first thread unit having the thread on the inner circumference of the predetermined diameter. The first spring insertion groove unit in which the spring is inserted around the first screw clamping unit is formed on the larger inner circumference than the inner circumference. Therefore, the screw and the spring are individually connected with the first and second thread units and the first and second spring insertion groove units by a rotary screw. The screw is inserted by passing through the first thread unit and the second thread unit. The spring is inserted along the first and second spring insertion groove units, and therefore an elastic force for reducing friction and vibration of each part and a strong binding force of clamping the screw are maintained.
본 발명은 플랜지형 지수판에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 플랜지 본체의 하측부 형태에 대응하여 고무 패킹과 함께 끼워지는 끼움 플랜지를 설치하여 콘크리트와 지수판이 분리되는 것을 방지하고, 내부로 콘크리트 액이나 수분이 유입되지 않도록 한 플랜지형 지수판에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 플랜지형 지수판에 있어서, 일정 두께의 원통형으로 내부에 파이프가 삽입되도록 중공부가 형성되고, 내측의 중공부가 형성되도록 일정 두께로 플라스틱 사출에 의해 형성되는 플랜지 본체; 상기 플랜지 본체의 제1 나사조임구에 대응하도록 일정 지름의 내경에 나사산이 형성된 제2 나사산부를 포함하는 제2 나사조임구와, 상기 제1 스프링삽입홈부에 대응하도록 상기 내경 보다 큰 내경에 스프링이 삽입되는 제2 스프링삽입홈부가 형성되는 끼움 플랜지;로 구성되되, 상기 플랜지 본체에는 제1 나사조임구가 상기 중공부를 둘러싸는 방향으로 다수개 설치되되, 상기 제1 나사조임구는 일정 지름의 내경에 나사산이 형성된 제1 나사산부를 포함하고, 상기 내경 보다 큰 내경에 상기 제1 나사조임구 주위로 스프링이 삽입되는 제1 스프링삽입홈부가 형성되어 나사와 스프링이 각각 제1, 제2 나사산부와 제1, 제2 스프링삽입홈부에 함께 회전 나사 결합되고, 상기 제1 나사산부와 제2 나사산부를 관통하여 상기 나사가 삽입되고, 상기 제1 스프링삽입홈부와 제2 스프링삽입홈부를 따라 상기 스프링이 삽입되어 나사 조임의 강한 결합과 각 파트의 진동과 마찰을 감소시켜주는 탄성력을 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
