ECO-FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION METHODS OF BUILDINGS AND PARKING HOUSING
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly construction method of a parking lot in a building and an apartment house and, more specifically, relates to an environmentally friendly construction method of a parking lot in a building and an apartment house, which reduces power consumption by improving an inside of a parking lot to enable natural lighting; prevents a neutralization of topped concrete while enabling environmentally friendly management of indoor facilities; prevents cracks and damages caused by corrosion by increasing salt damage resistance; extends a service life of the parking lot; and facilitates a parking guide. The environmentally friendly construction method of the parking lot in the building and the apartment house comprises: a step of fixating a plurality of precast concrete columns; a step of fixating reverse T-shaped half beams; a step of placing double T-shaped precast slabs; a step of fixating rectangular half beams; a step of placing double T-shaped precast slabs; a step of installing a lighting plate; a step of installing an optical generator and storage batteries; a step of installing first, second, and third concave lenses; a step of fixating a part of a light dispersing pipe to a ceiling surface; a step of installing a dispersing pipe cap; and a step of completing an underground parking lot.
본 발명은 건축물 및 공동주택의 친환경 주차장 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 주차장 내부를 자연 채광할 수 있도록 개선하여 소비전력을 줄이고 친환경적인 내부 시설 관리가 가능하도록 하면서 토핑된 콘크리트의 중성화를 방지하고, 염해저항성을 높여 부식에 의한 균열 파손을 방지하며, 이를 통해 장수명화를 달성함은 물론 주차안내를 용이하게 한 건축물 및 공동주택의 친환경 주차장 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
