A ROCKING APPARATUS OF ROCKFALL PREVENTION ROPE
The present invention relates to a shock absorbing fixing device for a rockfall prevention rope, which is to fix a rockfall prevention rope and absorb shock applied to the rockfall prevention rope installed to prevent rockfall. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the shock absorbing fixing device for a rockfall prevention rope includes: an upper cover and a lower cover including an anchor hole formed at a center part in order for an anchor bolt to pass through and sliding holes formed lengthwise to each side on both sides of the anchor hole and facing each other; a rope connection member individually installed at a part in which the sliding hole is formed between the upper cover and the lower cover and connected to the rockfall prevention rope while moving along the sliding hole; a pair of shock absorbing wing members installed in the each rope connection member to be separated or be closed to absorb a pressure applied to the rope connection member; a shock absorbing spring installed between the shock absorbing wing members in order for the shock absorbing wing members to maintain a separated state by an elastic force; and a wing support unit supporting a separated end of the shock absorbing wing member so that the shock absorbing wing member absorbs shock by the elastic force when the rope connection member moves due to the shock of the rockfall prevention rope. Therefore, the shock absorbing fixing device for a rockfall prevention rope can improve a shock absorbing effect due to the shock of the rockfall.
본 발명은 낙석을 방지하기 위해 설치되는 낙석방지로프에 가해지는 충격을 완충시키는 동시에 고정하기 위한 완충형 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 낙석방지로프 완충형 고정장치는 앵커볼트가 관통하여 설치되도록 중앙부분에 형성되는 앵커공과, 상기 앵커공의 양측에 각각 측방향으로 길게 형성되는 슬라이딩공을 포함하고, 서로 마주하도록 배치되는 상부커버 및 하부커버, 상기 상부커버와 하부커버의 사이에서 상기 슬라이딩공이 형성된 부분에 각각 위치되어 상기 슬라이딩공을 따라 이동하며 낙석방지로프가 연결되는 로프연결부재, 상기 로프연결부재에 가해지는 압력을 완충하기 위해 각각의 상기 로프연결부재에 한 쌍이 벌어지거나 오므려지도록 설치되는 완충날개부재, 상기 완충날개부가 탄성력에 의해 벌어진 상태로 유지되도록 한 쌍의 상기 완충날개부재의 사이에 설치되는 완충스프링, 및 상기 로프연결부재가 낙석방지로프의 충격에 의해 이동 시 상기 완충날개부재가 탄성력에 의해 완충하도록 상기 완충날개부재의 벌어진 끝단 부분을 지지하는 날개지지부를 포함한다. 따라서 낙석의 충격에 의한 완충효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
A ROCKING APPARATUS OF ROCKFALL PREVENTION ROPE
The present invention relates to a shock absorbing fixing device for a rockfall prevention rope, which is to fix a rockfall prevention rope and absorb shock applied to the rockfall prevention rope installed to prevent rockfall. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the shock absorbing fixing device for a rockfall prevention rope includes: an upper cover and a lower cover including an anchor hole formed at a center part in order for an anchor bolt to pass through and sliding holes formed lengthwise to each side on both sides of the anchor hole and facing each other; a rope connection member individually installed at a part in which the sliding hole is formed between the upper cover and the lower cover and connected to the rockfall prevention rope while moving along the sliding hole; a pair of shock absorbing wing members installed in the each rope connection member to be separated or be closed to absorb a pressure applied to the rope connection member; a shock absorbing spring installed between the shock absorbing wing members in order for the shock absorbing wing members to maintain a separated state by an elastic force; and a wing support unit supporting a separated end of the shock absorbing wing member so that the shock absorbing wing member absorbs shock by the elastic force when the rope connection member moves due to the shock of the rockfall prevention rope. Therefore, the shock absorbing fixing device for a rockfall prevention rope can improve a shock absorbing effect due to the shock of the rockfall.
본 발명은 낙석을 방지하기 위해 설치되는 낙석방지로프에 가해지는 충격을 완충시키는 동시에 고정하기 위한 완충형 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 낙석방지로프 완충형 고정장치는 앵커볼트가 관통하여 설치되도록 중앙부분에 형성되는 앵커공과, 상기 앵커공의 양측에 각각 측방향으로 길게 형성되는 슬라이딩공을 포함하고, 서로 마주하도록 배치되는 상부커버 및 하부커버, 상기 상부커버와 하부커버의 사이에서 상기 슬라이딩공이 형성된 부분에 각각 위치되어 상기 슬라이딩공을 따라 이동하며 낙석방지로프가 연결되는 로프연결부재, 상기 로프연결부재에 가해지는 압력을 완충하기 위해 각각의 상기 로프연결부재에 한 쌍이 벌어지거나 오므려지도록 설치되는 완충날개부재, 상기 완충날개부가 탄성력에 의해 벌어진 상태로 유지되도록 한 쌍의 상기 완충날개부재의 사이에 설치되는 완충스프링, 및 상기 로프연결부재가 낙석방지로프의 충격에 의해 이동 시 상기 완충날개부재가 탄성력에 의해 완충하도록 상기 완충날개부재의 벌어진 끝단 부분을 지지하는 날개지지부를 포함한다. 따라서 낙석의 충격에 의한 완충효과를 향상시킬 수 있다.
