PLUMBING SUPPORTERS AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHODS
Disclosed are a pipe supporter and a construction method thereof. A first embodiment of the pipe supporter comprises: a fixed member fixated on a mold panel, whose top has an insertion pipe unit formed as one body; a vertical supporter whose top has a core member inserting unit, whose bottom has a blocking film, and which is longer than the height of concrete placed on the mold panel to vertically support a pipe; a hanging bump formed as one body with an outer circumferential surface on the bottom side of the vertical supporter to be close to the top end of the insertion pipe unit when the vertical supporter is inserted into the fixed member; an external insertion pipe unit formed as one body with the bottom surface of the hanging bump to wrap around the outer circumferential surface of the vertical supporter and to be inserted into and combined with the outer circumferential surface of the insertion pipe unit; a metallic core member which is as long as the vertical supporter to be inserted into the core member inserting unit and to strengthen the vertical supporter; and one or more weak units placed on the top end of the vertical supporter to cut the length of the vertical supporter to suit the height of the placed concrete. The present invention aims to firmly support a pipe, to repeatedly use a metallic core member, and to cut the vertical supporter to suit the height of the placed concrete without a separate tool.
배관 서포터 및 이의 시공방법가 개시되어 있다. 개시된 배관 서포터 및 이의 시공방법 중, 배관 서포터의 제1 실시예는, 거푸집 패널에 고정되며, 상부에 끼움관부가 일체로 형성된 고정부재; 상부에는 심재 삽입부가 형성되고, 하부에는 차단막이 형성되며, 그 길이는 상기 거푸집 패널 위의 콘크리트 타설 높이 보다 길게 형성되어 씨디관을 수직으로 지지하는 역할을 하는 수직지지대; 상기 수직지지대의 하부측 외주면에 일체로 형성된 채, 상기 고정부재에 수직지지대를 끼워 넣었을 때 상기 끼움관부의 상단이 밀착되는 걸림턱; 상기 걸림턱의 저면에 일체로 형성된 채 상기 수직지지대의 외주면을 둘러 싸도록 형성되어, 상기 끼움관부의 외주면에 끼움 결합되는 외부 끼움관부; 및 상기 수직지지대의 길이에 상응한 길이를 가진 채, 상기 심재 삽입부 내에 삽입되어 수직지지대의 강도를 보완하여 주는 금속심재;를 포함하며, 상기 수직지지대의 상단에, 수직지지대를 상기 콘크리트 타설 높이에 맞게 길이를 절단하기 위한 연약부가 하나 이상 구비된 것을 더 포함하는 배관 서포터.
