LOCKING DEVICE FOR CLAWS OF EXCAVATORS
The present invention relates to a locking device for hooking or unhooking claws by opening the claws from an excavator arm. More specifically, the locking device for excavator claws according to the present invention comprises: a hitch installed on the claws and having a hooking projection in an upper part of one side thereof; and a locking frame. The locking frame includes: an iron pestle installed on the arm and moving by elastic force of a spring to allow the hooking projection of the hitch to enter and be hooked thereby; a rotator installed in an upper part of one side of the iron pestle and moving horizontally using its own weight by movements of the arm to set or clear restrictions on the elevation height of the iron pestle; and a pushrod installed on one side of the rotator and pushing the rotator upwardly to cancel the elevation of the iron pestle. Thereby, the locking device for excavator claws according to the present invention can make locking and unlocking the claws easier depending on whether the claws are used or not.
본 발명은 굴착기의 암으로부터 집게발을 벌려 고정 또는 해제하는 잠금장치에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 상기 집게발에 설치되면서 일측 상부에 걸림 돌기가 형성된 걸림쇠; 및 상기 암에 설치하되, 스프링의 탄성력에 의해 승강하면서 상기 걸림쇠의 걸림 돌기가 출입하여 걸리도록 하는 쇠공이, 상기 쇠공이의 일측 상부에 축 설치되면서 상기 암의 움직임에 따라 자중에 의해 좌우로 회전하여 쇠공이의 승강 높이를 제한 또는 해제하는 회전편, 상기 회전편의 일측에 설치되면서 상기 회전편을 밀어 올려 상기 쇠공이의 승강을 해제하는 밀대를 포함하는 잠금틀;로 구성됨에 따라, 집게발의 사용 여부에 따른 집게발의 잠금 및 해제가 더욱 용이하게 이루어지는 굴착기용 집게발의 잠금장치를 제공하게 된다.
