MULTI-PURPOSE CRANE USED IN CONCRETE POLE REINFORCEMENT METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION
The present invention relates to a multipurpose crane used for a reinforcement method of a cracked electric pole. According to a reinforcement method of a cracked electric pole, after a reinforcing core performing a function of a frame is arranged in the electric pole requiring reinforcement since a crack is generated in the electric pole, concrete is placed and cured in the electric pole so that the strength of the electric pole can be reinforced using the concrete and the reinforcing core formed in the electric pole. The crane lifts up the reinforcing core and transfers the reinforcing core to the inside of the electric pole. The multipurpose crane comprises: a small mixing unit installed in the crane and mixing the concrete placed in the electric pole; a small pumping unit installed in the crane and discharging the concrete mixed by the small mixing unit to the inside of the upper part of the electric pole; and a control box controlling the operation of the small mixing unit and the pumping unit. The small mixing unit generating and mixing a small amount of the concrete and the small pumping unit placing the small amount of the concrete into the electric pole by compulsorily distributing the concrete generated by the small mixing unit to the upper part of the electric pole are installed in the crane. Therefore, it is not required to use ready-mixed concrete and a pumping car used in an existing invention for a process of performing a construction method of reinforcing the strength of the electric pole. So, the multipurpose crane induces a worker to smoothly conduct construction in a complex city center and, therefore, can provide work convenience for the worker.
본 발명은 균열전주 보강공법에 사용되는 다용도 크레인에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 균열이 발생되어 보강이 요구되는 전주 내부에 뼈대 기능을 하는 보강심을 배치한 후에 전주 내부로 콘크리트를 타설 양생시켜 전주 내부에 형성되는 보강심과 콘크리트를 통해 전주의 강도를 보강하는 균열전주 보강 공법에서 상기 보강심을 승강시켜 전주 내부로 이송 배치시키는 크레인에 있어서, 상기 크레인에 설치되는 것으로, 전주 내부에 타설할 콘크리트를 믹싱하는 소형 믹싱수단;과, 상기 크레인에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 소형 믹싱수단에 의해 믹싱된 콘크리트를 전주의 상부 내부로 배출되게 하는 소형 펌핑수단;과, 상기 소형 믹싱수단 및 펌핑수단의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤박스;로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 크레인에 소량의 콘크리트를 생성 믹싱하는 소형 믹싱수단과 그 소형 믹싱수단을 통해 생성된 소량의 콘크리트를 전주의 상부로 강제 유통시켜 전주 내부로 타설 되게하는 소형 펑핑수단을 설치함으로, 전주의 강도를 보강하는 공법을 수행하는 과정에서 종래에 사용되던 레미콘과 펌핑카의 사용이 요구되지 않아 복잡한 도심에서 원활하게 작업을 수행할 수 있도록 유도하여 작업자에게 작업의 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a multipurpose crane used for a reinforcement method of a cracked electric pole.
