The present invention provides a waterproof structure of an underground parking lot of an apartment house. The waterproof structure of an underground parking lot of an apartment house comprises: a base layer; an insulation layer which is formed on an upper portion of the base layer and forms a multi-layered vacuum insulation layer; a drain layer formed on an upper portion of the insulation layer; a waterproof layer which is formed on an upper portion of the drain layer and forms a floor of an underground parking lot; a water discharge unit to forcibly discharge water formed in the drain layer to the outside and remove humidity in the drain layer if a prescribed humidity value is reached in the drain layer; and an insulation control unit to adjust a vacuum level of the multi-layered vacuum insulation layer to allow a temperature of the base layer and a temperature of the drain layer to reach a prescribed temperature difference range.
본 발명은 공동주택 지하주차장 방수구조를 제공한다. 상기 공동주택 지하주차장 방수구조는, 베이스 층부와; 상기 베이스 층부의 상부에 형성되며, 다층의 진공 단열층을 형성하는 단열층 부와; 상기 단열층 부의 상부에 형성되는 배수층 부와; 상기 배수층 부의 의 상부에 형성되고, 지하 주차장의 바닥을 형성하는 방수층 부와; 상기 배수층 부에서 설정된 습도값을 이루는 경우, 상기 배수층 부에 형성되는 물기를 외부로 강제 배출하고, 상기 배수층 부의 내부에 습기를 제거하는 물기 배출부; 및 상기 베이스 층부의 온도와 상기 배수층 부의 온도가 설정된 온도차 범위에 이르도록 상기 다층의 진공 단열층의 진공도를 조절하는 단열 제어부를 포함한다.
