THE LIGHTWEIGHT REFRACTORIES FOR A USED BRIQUET AND COFFEE SLUDGE AND THE PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a refractory construction material and a manufacturing method thereof, and the refractory construction material is used as interior and exterior boards, panels, flooring materials, etc., for various buildings, and is manufactured using coal briquette ash and coffee sludge as waste materials in order to secure nonflammability, lightweightness, sound absorbing ability, and high strength. More specifically, the present invention relates to a lightweight refractory material using coal briquette ash and coffee sludge as main ingredients; and to a manufacturing method thereof which comprises the following step: mixing 90-95 wt% of dried and pulverized coffee sludge, 3-5 wt% of clay powder, and 2-5 wt% of water to obtain a mixture, kneading the mixture, and pressing the same in a form of pellets to manufacture coffee pellets with predetermined diameters; mixing 30-50 wt% of the coffee pellets, 30-55 wt% of coal briquette ash, 10-25 wt% of clay powder, and 5-20 wt% of glaze powder to manufacture a molded material composition; adding water to the molded material composition, performing agitating and mixing processes, filling a mold with the molded material composition, performing a compacting process, and naturally drying the molded material composition at room temperature for a fixed period of time; and putting the naturally dried molded material composition into a firing furnace, and performing a firing process while raising the temperature to 1000-1200C for a fixed period of time to manufacture a refractory material.
본 발명은 각종 건축물의 내외장용 보드나 패널, 바닥재 등으로 사용되며 폐자재인 연탄재와 커피슬러지를 주재(主材)로 하여 불연성, 경량성, 흡음성, 내수성 및 높은 강도를 지니도록 제조된 건축용 내화성형체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건조 및 분쇄처리된 커피슬러지분말 90 ~ 95중량%와 점토분말 3 ~ 5중량%와 물 2 ~ 5중량%를 혼합하여 반죽하고 펠렛상태로 프레스성형하여 일정직경을 지닌 커피펠렛을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 커피펠렛 30 ~ 50중량%와 연탄재분말 30 ~ 55중량%와 점토분말 10 ~ 25중량%와 유약분말 5 ~ 20중량%를 혼합하여 성형체조성물을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 성형체조성물에 물을 첨가하여 교반 혼합하고 성형틀에 충진시켜 다짐성형한 다음 상온에서 일정시간 자연건조시키는 단계와, 자연건조된 성형체조성물을 소성로에 넣어 1000 ~ 1200℃로 가온시키면서 일정시간 소성처리하여 내화성형체를 제조하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연탄재와 커피슬러지를 주재로 한 경량 내화성형체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a refractory construction material and a manufacturing method thereof, and the refractory construction material is used as interior and exterior boards, panels, flooring materials, etc., for various buildings, and is manufactured using coal briquette ash and coffee sludge as waste materials in order to secure nonflammability, lightweightness, sound absorbing ability, and high strength.
