METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING ONDOL FLOORING OF BUILDING AND APARTMENT HOUSE
The present invention relates to a method of constructing a floor heating material of a building and an apartment house. The method of constructing a floor heating material of a building and an apartment house comprising: a bottom slab (100); a heat reflecting insulation sheet (200) installed on the bottom slab (100); an aerated concrete layer (300) installed on the heat reflecting insulation sheet (200); an insulation plate (400) installed on the aerated concrete layer (300); a plurality of heat storage modules (500) formed on the insulation plate (400) in a block form with a bottom area divided into a plurality of areas and formed of an insulation material, including a heat storage module main body (510), a heat storage material (520) filled in the heat storage module main body (510), and a heat dispersing plate (530) coupled to an upper surface and left and right side surfaces of the heat storage module main body (510); a heating pipe (600); a finishing concrete layer (700); and a floor finishing material (800), wherein the heating pipe (600), the finishing concrete layer (700), and the floor finishing material (800) are installed on the heat storage modules. Heat emitted from the heating pipe (600) is stored in the heat storage material (520) filled in the heat storage material filling space (511) of the heat storage module (500). When circulation of hot water is stopped when a boiler is stopped, the heat stored in the heat storage material (520) is dispersed, and a room is heated without separate energy consumption. Therefore, the method of constructing a floor heating material of a building and an apartment house can increase heat efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and allow the quick and convenient construction of a floor heating material of a building and an apartment house.
본 발명은 건축물 및 공동주택의 난방 바닥재 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 바닥슬래브(100) 상에 포설된 열반사 단열시트(200) 상에 타설된 기포 콘크리트층(300) 상에 설치된 단열판(400) 상에 단열재질로 바닥 면적을 복수개로 분할한 면적을 가지는 블록 형태로 형성되어 축열 모듈 본체(510)와 축열 모듈 본체(510) 내에 충전되는 축열재(520)와 축열 모듈 본체(510)의 상면과 좌우측면에 결합되는 열확산판(530)으로 구성되는 복수개의 축열 모듈(500)을 포설하고, 그 위에 난방파이프(600)와 마감 콘크리트층(700) 및 바닥마감재(800)를 설치함으로써 난방파이프(600)에서 발산되는 열이 축열 모듈(500)의 축열재 충전공간(511)에 충전된 축열재(520)에 축열되었다가 보일러의 가동이 중지에 따라 온수의 순환이 중지된 경우 축열재(520)에 축열된 열이 발산하여 별도의 에너지 소모 없이 난방이 이루어지게 되므로 열효율이 향상되고 에너지를 절감할 수 있게 됨과 아울러 시공이 신속, 간편하게 이루어지게 되도록 한 것이다.

Heat emitted from the heating pipe (600) is stored in the heat storage material (520) filled in the heat storage material filling space (511) of the heat storage module (500). When circulation of hot water is stopped when a boiler is stopped, the heat stored in the heat storage material (520) is dispersed, and a room is heated without separate energy consumption. Therefore, the method of constructing a floor heating material of a building and an apartment house can increase heat efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and allow the quick and convenient construction of a floor heating material of a building and an apartment house.
