RECYCLED COLD ASPHALT CONCRETE MIXTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a recycled cold asphalt concrete mixture, and to a method for constructing asphalt concrete by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a recycled cold asphalt concrete mixture having improved durability, and to a method for constructing asphalt concrete by using the same. A modified additive and emulsified asphalt are mixed with an aggregate, so the recycled cold asphalt concrete mixture of the present invention has improved physical properties compared to conventional recycled cold asphalt concrete. An aggregate is uniformly mixed, and adhesion between aggregates is improved, so the recycled cold asphalt concrete mixture of the present invention has enhanced internal cohesion. Waste asphalt concrete which is industrial waste is recycled to be industrially usefully used, so the environment can be protected and economic feasibility can be improved. Moreover, when asphalt concrete is constructed, occurrence of atmospheric environment contaminants such as dust, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and sulfuric acid caused when an aggregate is heated is controlled compared to a heated asphalt mixture scheme. Accordingly, an environmentally-friendly road can be constructed, and decreases in quality and functions caused when asphalt is heated, oxidized, and deteriorated can be prevented.
본 발명은 상온 재생 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물 및 이를 사용한 아스팔트 콘크리트 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 개질첨가제와 유화아스팔트를 골재와 혼합하여 기존의 상온 재생 아스팔트 콘크리트 보다 물성을 향상시키고, 골재와의 균일한 혼합 및 골재 간의 접착성을 향상시켜 내부 응집력을 증가시킴으로써 내구성이 향상된 상온 재생 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물 및 이를 사용한 아스팔트 콘크리트 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 산업폐기물인 폐아스팔트 콘크리트를 재활용하여 사용함으로써 산업상 유용한 용도를 갖도록 재활용하여 환경을 보호하고 경제성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 아스팔트 콘크리트 시공시 가열 아스팔트 혼합물 공법과 달리 골재의 가열로 인한 먼지, 이산화탄소, 질소, 황산화합물 등 대기환경 오염물질의 발생을 억제하여 환경친화적 도로건설을 할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 아스팔트의 가열 산화 열화에 의한 품질 및 성능 저하를 방지할 수 있다.
