DEVICE FOR ROAD CUTTING AND DUST COLLECTING
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly device for cutting a road and collecting dust for road repair of a novel structure which has a cutting function for digging a damaged portion of a road for repair and a function for collecting dust produced when performing cutting work. The eco-friendly device for cutting a road and collecting dust for road repair comprises: an engine unit mounted on an upper portion of a vehicle body frame; driving wheels mounted on both sides of the vehicle body frame; a suction pump mounted on one side of the upper portion of the vehicle body frame; a cutting unit mounted on a lower portion of the vehicle body frame to cut a repair surface of a road by power of the engine unit and block dust dispersion during cutting; a collection hopper connected to the cutting unit via a first collection hose to communicate with the cutting unit to firstly collect fragments and dust sucked by a suction force of the suction pump during cutting; and a collection net connected to an upper portion of the collection hopper via a second collection hose to communicate with the collection hopper to secondly collect fine dust sucked by the suction force of the suction pump.
본 발명은 도로의 손상부분을 보수를 위하여 파내는 커팅 기능 뿐만 아니라, 커팅 작업시 발생하는 분진을 집진하는 기능을 겸비한 새로운 구조의 친환경 도로 보수용 커팅 및 집진장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 차체 프레임의 상부에 장착되는 엔진부; 상기 차체 프레임의 양측부에 장착되는 주행 휠; 상기 차체 프레임의 상부 일측에 장착되는 흡입펌프; 상기 차체 프레임의 저부에 장착되어, 엔진부의 동력에 의하여 도로의 보수면을 커팅하는 동시에 커팅시 분진 퍼짐을 차단하는 커팅부; 상기 커팅부와 제1포집호스를 매개로 연통 가능하게 연결되어, 흡입펌프의 흡입력에 의하여 흡입되는 커팅시 파편 및 분진을 1차 포집하는 포집호퍼; 및 상기 포집호퍼의 상부와 제2포집호스를 매개로 연통 가능하게 연결되어, 흡입펌프의 흡입력에 의하여 흡입되는 미세 분진을 2차 포집하는 포집망; 을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 도로 보수용 커팅 및 집진장치를 제공한다.
