NONFLAMMABLE PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a technique for manufacturing a nonflammable panel for construction by injecting a composition produced using three types of compounds where two types include nonflammable ashes processed from animals and plants and one type includes an inorganic coagulant into a metallic structure. According to the present invention, a nonflammable panel comprises: a rectangular structure made of metal into which a composition produced using three types of compounds is injected; a groove unit formed on the entire surface around an outer circumferential surface of the structure; a protrusion unit formed on the entire surface around the outer circumferential surface of the structure to be inserted into the groove unit; an injection port formed on any one surface of the groove unit and any one surface of the protrusion unit, into which the composition is injected; and a discharge port formed adjacent to the injection port in a diameter smaller than the injection port, from which air is discharged when the composition is injected by compressed air.
본 발명은 금속제의 구조물에 2종은 동식물로부터 처리된 불연성(不燃性)의 재(Ashes)를 포함하고, 1종은 무기물(無機物)의 응고제를 포함하는 3종의 배합물로 생성된 조성물을 주입하여 불연성의 건축용 패널(Panel) 제조 기술에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명은 3종의 배합물로 생성된 조성물이 주입되는 금속제로 구비된 사각 형상의 구조물; 상기 구조물의 외주면 둘레의 전체 면에 형성된 요홈부; 상기 요홈부에 끼워지도록 상기 구조물의 외주면 둘레의 전체 면에 형성된 돌출부; 상기 요홈부의 어느 한 면 및 돌출부의 어느 한 면에 형성되고, 상기 조성물이 주입되는 주입구; 상기 주입구에 인접하여 상기 주입구보다 작은 직경으로 형성되고, 상기 조성물을 압축공기로 주입시 에어(Air)가 배출되는 배출구를 포함하여 구성된 것을 그 특징으로 한다.
