According to the present invention, a spacer for mounting an insulation material on a truss girder-type deck panel is disposed on a truss girder-type deck panel. Mounts (22) are extended from both sides of a lower portion of a horizontal connection body unit (21) to protrude downwards, and a preparatory seating unit (30) is disposed on both sides of an upper portion of the horizontal connection body unit (21) to place a truss girder (40) thereon to temporarily mount the truss girder (40). A seating groove (26) is formed on a lower portion of the preparatory seating unit (30), in which a bottom rebar composing the truss girder (40) is inserted, seated, and fixed. A downward extension unit (28) is integratively formed and extended downwards from both mounts (22). A mounting hole (28a) is formed on a lower end of the downward extension unit (28) to integratively and easily mount an insulation material. The height of the downward extension unit (28) is based on the height of the insulation material (60) to protect the insulation material (60) even when a mounting part (50) is firmly mounted to minimize damage. When mounting truss girder-type deck panels (2) with which the insulation material is integrated, the truss girder-type deck panels (2) can be easily mounted and maintained in a sturdily mounted state.
본 발명은 트러스거더형 데크패널에서의 스페이서를 구성함에 있어서, 가로연결 본체부(21)의 하부 양측에는 각각 마운트(22)를 하부로 돌출되게 연장형성하고, 가로연결 본체부(21)의 상부 양측에는 트러스거더(40)를 올려 임시 거치시키기위한 예비안착부(30)를 구성하며, 예비안착부(30)의 하부에는 트러스거더(40)를 구성하는 하부철근이 끼워져 안착고정되는 안착홈(26)을 형성하며, 양측 각 마운트(22)에서 하부로 연장되는 하향연장부(28)를 일체로 형성하며 하향연장부(28)의 하단에는 체결공(28a)을 형성하여 단열재를 일체로 용이하게 결합할 수 있으면서도 하향연장부(28)의 높이를 단열재(60)의 높이에 준하도록 함으로써 체결구(50)의 강한 체결에도 단열재(60)가 보호를 받게 되어 손상이 최소화되도록 하며, 단열재(60)가 일체로 형성된 트러스거더형 데크패널간(2)의 결합시 결합의 용이성과 견고한 결합유지가 되도록 한 것이다.
