AUTOMATIC CONTROLLING SYSTEM FOR GROUTING ASSEMBLY
Provided is a grouting apparatus with an automatic injection control system. The grouting apparatus with an automatic injection control system comprises a mixer (110), a three-way valve (130), an injection pump (140), an electronic flowmeter (160), an electronic pressure gauge (170), an injection packer (200), a hydraulic unit (190), a second pulsation prevention device (180), and a control panel (210). The grouting apparatus with an automatic injection control system can prevent pulsation of an injection material using first and second pulsation prevention devices in a grouting method, can be automatized to automatically control the speed of a motor using a PLC controller in a control panel by digitalizing the injection amount and pressure of the injection material using an electronic flowmeter and a pressure gauge, can automatically record an injection condition and an injection state by a touch screen and a recorder and also display an injection state in a wireless or wired manner, and facilitates the wash of an injection hose or an injection tube through a three-way valve with an air cylinder quickly opened or closed to wash the injection hose with water before hardening of the injection hose during or after injection of an injection material.
약액주입(Grouting) 공법에 있어서 주입시 주입재의 맥동 현상을 제1 및 제2 맥동 방지장치를 이용하여 방지하고, 주입재의 주입 유량과 압력을 전자식 유량계와 압력계를 통해 디지털화하여 제어패널 내의 PLC 콘트롤러를 통해 모터 속도를 자동으로 조절하도록 자동화하며, 주입 조건과 주입 상황을 터치스크린과 레코더에 의해 자동 기록하고, 또한 유선 또는 무선으로 주입 진행상황을 디스플레이하고, 주입 작업 중에 또는 주입이 종료된 후에 주입호스가 경화되기 전에 물로 세척하기 위해 신속하게 개폐가 이루어지는 에어실린더를 장착한 3-웨이 밸브를 통해 주입재의 주입 후 또는 주입 중에 주입관 또는 주입호스의 세척이 용이한 자동화 주입 제어 시스템을 적용한 그라우팅 장치가 제공된다.
