The present invention relates to an insulation wall frame. The insulation wall frame comprises: side walls between inner and outer frames; and an insulation material forming a plurality of blocking walls connecting side walls. The insulation wall frame strongly fixes a fastening member to an inner frame through a curved part formed at an end of a side wall of an insulation material to block heat or cold air transmitted to the inner and outer frames by the blocking walls formed to be separated by a predetermined gap, thereby discharging heat or cold air from the inside to the outside or blocking the heat or cold air from being introduced from the outside. According to the present invention, the insulation wall frame can discharge heat or cold air transmitted to the inner and outer frames by the blocking wall of the insulation material and reduce energy consumption by continuously maintaining an indoor temperature, thereby reducing costs for maintaining an indoor temperature and increasing the reliability of a product.
본 발명은 단열성 벽체프레임에 관한 것으로, 내, 외측프레임 사이에 측벽과, 측벽 사이를 연결하는 복수의 차단벽을 형성하고 있는 단열재를 구비하되, 이 단열재의 측벽 말단에 형성된 절곡부를 통해 체결부재를 관통시켜 내측프레임에 견고하게 고정시킴으로써, 내, 외측프레임으로 전달된 열기 또는 냉기가 정해진 간격 이격 형성된 복수의 차단벽에 차단되어 실내의 열기 또는 냉기가 외부로 방출되거나 혹은 실외 열기 또는 냉기가 내부로 유입되는 것을 차단하는 단열성 벽체프레임을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 내, 외측프레임에 전달된 열기 또는 냉기가 단열재의 복수의 차단벽에 의해 실외 공간으로 방출되거나 혹은 실내 공간으로 유입되는 것이 차단되고, 실내 온도가 항상 동일하게 유지되어 에너지 소비율이 저하되며, 이에 따라 실내 온도 유지비용이 절감되고, 제품의 신뢰도가 향상되는 장점이 있다.
