BALCONY DEVICE HAVING SHELTER FUNCTION IN APARTMENT HOUSE IN CASE OF FIRE
The present invention relates to a fire evacuation balcony of a multi-unit dwelling having an evacuation function in case of fire. The fire evacuation balcony comprises: an opening and closing plate which is installed on an outer wall of the balcony and is inserted in an opening of a window frame having the opening; a pair of main ropes on the left side and the right side which have lower end portions fixated to an opening and closing plate locking means and middle portions on the left side and the right side of the opening and closing plate; a pair of first auxiliary ropes on the left side and the right side which have lower end portions, fixated to upper end portions on the left side and the right side of the opening and closing plate, and upper end portions joined to the pair of main ropes; a pair of second auxiliary ropes on the left side and the right side which have lower end portions, fixated to lower end portions on the left side and the right side of the opening and closing plate, and upper end portions joined to the pair of the main ropes; a rope ladder including a plurality of horizontal ropes which have both end portions connected between the pair of main ropes and are arranged at intervals; a rope ladder winding means; a descending means; and a control means for controlling a lock means and the winding means. The fire evacuation balcony has an opening and closing plate which is locked while closing a portion of the outer wall of the balcony in a usual circumstance. In case of fire, the opening and closing plate can be separated from a portion of the outer wall of the balcony to enable a user to be evacuated. The opening and closing plate is joined to a lower end portion of the rope ladder wound around a winding rod installed on the outer wall of the balcony to enable the user to use the opening and closing plate as a seat when being evacuated by using the rope ladder. In addition, the fire evacuation balcony has a safety belt on the rope ladder to enable the old and the infirm to be evacuated safely with help from others. The fire evacuation balcony enables many people other than the old and the infirm to be rapidly evacuated by using the rope ladder.
본 발명은 화재발생시 대피기능을 갖는 공동주택의 소방용 발코니 장치에 관한 것으로, 발코니 외벽에 설치되며 개구부가 형성된 창틀의 개구부에 삽입되는 개폐판과, 개폐판 잠금수단과과 개폐판의 좌우측 중단부에 하단이 고정되는 좌우 한 쌍의 메인로프와, 개폐판의 좌우측 상단부에 하단이 고정됨과 아울러 상단이 한 쌍의 메인로프에 연결되는 좌우 한 쌍의 제1 보조로프와, 개폐판의 좌우측 하단부에 하단이 고정됨과 아울러 상단이 한 쌍의 메인로프에 연결되는 좌우 한 쌍의 제2 보조로프와, 한 쌍의 메인로프 사이에 양단이 연결되며 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수개의 수평로프를 포함하는 줄사다리와, 줄사다리 권취수단과; 완강수단; 및 잠금수단과 권취수단을 제어하기 위한 제어수단;을 포함하여 평상시에는 발코니 외벽의 일부를 폐쇄한 상태로 잠기며, 화재발생시 발코니 외벽의 일부로부터 탈락될 수 있는 개폐판을 구비하여 대피할 수 있도록 하고, 발코니 외벽에 설치된 권취봉에 권취된 줄사다리의 하단에 개폐판이 연결되어 줄사다리를 이용하여 대피시 개폐판을 안장 삼을 수 있도록 하도록 함과 아울러 줄사다리에 안전벨트를 구비하여 노약자도 도움을 받아 안전하게 대피할 수 있도록 하며, 노약자 외의 여러 사람이 줄사다리를 이용하여 신속하게 대피할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
