The present invention relates to a grouting system using a grouting material. A front end device is connected between a drill bit and a rod connected to a boring machine and is installed to be inclined upwards and downwards through a plurality of jet nozzles installed in a longitudinal direction of a body to be separated from each other to inject a grouting material consisting of a mixture of cement, an inflating agent, and water with air or water at the same time. The jet nozzles, which are inclined upwards when the rod ascends, inject air; and the jet nozzles, which are inclined downwards, inject the grouting material. As such, the present invention enables easy formation of a solid body on the ground, and easily adjusts a diameter of the solid body.
본 발명은 드릴비트와 천공기에 연결되는 로드 사이에 선단장치 연결되고, 상기 선단장치는 시멘트와 팽창제 및 물의 혼합물로 이루어진 그라우팅재를 에어 또는 물과 동시에 분사토록 몸체의 길이방향에 서로 구분설치되는 복수의 제트노즐을 통하여 상향 및 하향 경사토록 설치하고, 로드의 상승시 상향경사지는 제트노즐에서는 공기를 하향경사지는 제트노즐에서는 그라우팅재가 분사토록 설치되는 그라우팅재가 적용되는 그라우팅 시스템에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a grouting system using a grouting material. A front end device is connected between a drill bit and a rod connected to a boring machine and is installed to be inclined upwards and downwards through a plurality of jet nozzles installed in a longitudinal direction of a body to be separated from each other to inject a grouting material consisting of a mixture of cement, an inflating agent, and water with air or water at the same time. 본 발명은 드릴비트와 천공기에 연결되는 로드 사이에 선단장치 연결되고, 상기 선단장치는 시멘트와 팽창제 및 물의 혼합물로 이루어진 그라우팅재를 에어 또는 물과 동시에 분사토록 몸체의 길이방향에 서로 구분설치되는 복수의 제트노즐을 통하여 상향 및 하향 경사토록 설치하고, 로드의 상승시 상향경사지는 제트노즐에서는 공기를 하향경사지는 제트노즐에서는 그라우팅재가 분사토록 설치되는 그라우팅재가 적용되는 그라우팅 시스템에 관한 것이다.
