MOLD PANEL CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE USING THAT BINDING SOLIDARITY FOR BETWEEN CEILING MOLD PANEL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention is equipped with a binding unit to bind mold panels which are arranged from side to side, wherein the binding unit has binding grooves (62, 63), of which a bottom part is opened, on both bottom sides of a plate body of the binding unit extended from side to side to allow a lower steel bar (42) of a truss girder (40) forming the mold panel (2) to be inserted into the binding grooves, and allows the neighboring mold panels to be tightly bound, thereby preventing from being easily shaken even when depositing concrete or applying some force onto the mold panels (2). The present invention prevents a lifting phenomenon, thereby obtaining a precise construction result regarding depositing and curing of concrete.
본 발명은 좌우로 배열되는 거푸패널 간을 서로 결속시키기 위해 결속구를 구비하는바 결속구는, 좌우로 연장되는 판체의 하부 양측에는 하부가 개방되는 결합홈(62)(63)을 형성하여 거푸패널(2)을 구성하는 트러스거더(40)의 하부철근(42)이 끼워지도록 하여 이웃하는 거푸패널(2) 간을 견고하게 결속되도록 콘크리트 타설이나 기타 어떠한 힘이 가해지더라도 쉽게 흐트러지지 않으며, 들뜸현상이 방지되어 콘크리트 타설 및 양생에 대한 정밀한 시공결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
