An apparatus for supplying and draining firefighting water in an apartment house is disclosed. The apparatus for supplying and draining firefighting water in an apartment house, according to an embodiment of the present invention, conserves water resources at normal times and supplies firefighting water to an apartment house in the case of disaster by purifying rainwater or leachate to be used as firefighting water in the case that the water supply is cut off due to the disaster, such as an earthquake, a flood, etc., and minimizes flood damage caused by the firefighting water by collecting the firefighting water not to be sprinkled when a sprinkler head is damaged or malfunctions. The apparatus for supplying and draining firefighting water in an apartment house comprises a water sprinkling part, a collecting part, a purifying part, multiple fire sensors, and a control part.
공동주택의 소방수 급배수 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 공동주택의 소방수 급배수 장치는 지진이나 홍수 등의 재난이 발생하여 단수가 되었을 경우 우수나 침출수 등을 정수하여 소방수로 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 평소에는 수자원을 절약할 수 있고 재난 시에도 공동주택에 소방수를 공급할 수 있으며, 스프링클러헤드가 파손되거나 오작동하였을 때 수방수를 회수하여 살수되지 않도록 함으로써 소방수에 의한 침수피해를 최소화할 수 있다.
