The present invention relates to a multifunctional lane printing construction method so as to enable a single printing device to provide multiple functions. According to the present invention, the construction method comprises the following steps of: (a) selecting a working mode; (b) mixing a bead and a hardening agent; (c) controlling pressure supplied from a compressor (2) to low pressure; (d) controlling pressure supplied from a compressor (2) to high pressure; (e) irregularly controlling pressure supplied from a compressor (2); and (f) printing a lane.
본 발명은 돌출 다기능을 갖는 차선 도색 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 차선의 종류에 따라 일직선의 보통 차선과, 규칙형상화된 입체형 도색 차선을 반복 작업하거나, 비규칙형상화된 입체형 도색 차선을 사용자의 간단한 선택으로 하나의 도색 장치에서 여러 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 발명된 것이다.본 발명의 시공 방법은, (a) 시작 전원이 연결되면 평면라인 도색모드와, 입체형 정형 도색모드, 입체형 비정형 도색모드 중 어느 한 작업 모드를 선택하는 단계; (b) 비드와 경화제를 펌프(50)에 의해 믹서기(60)로 공급되도록 하여 혼합시키는 단계;(c) 상기 (a)단계에서 띠형 평면라인 도색모드가 선택되면, 평면 띠형 도료저장탱크(10)를 개방하여 믹서기(60)로 공급되도록 하고, 콤프레셔(2)로부터 공급 압력을 저압으로 일정하게 제어하는 단계;(d) 상기 (a)단계에서 입체형 정형 도색모드가 선택되면, 돌출 도색용 페인트탱크(20)를 개방하여 믹서기(60)로 공급되도록 하고, 콤프레셔(2)로부터 공급 압력을 고압으로 일정시간 공급과 정지를 반복되도록 제어하는 단계;(e) 상기 (a)단계에서 입체형 비정형 도색모드가 선택되면, 돌출 도색용 페인트탱크(20)를 개방하여 믹서기(60)로 공급되도록 하고, 콤프레셔(2)로부터 공급 압력을 저압과 고압 사이를 불규칙하게 반복시키고, 그 공급시간도 불규칙하게 공급과 정지를 제어하는 단계;(f) 비드와 경화제 및 상기 (c), (d), (e)단계에 의해 선택된 해당 페인트가 혼합된 상태로 다수개의 노즐구멍(71)들이 노면을 향하도록 구비되어 있는 노즐(70)을 통해 도로위에 평면라인 도색과, 입체형 정형 도색 및 입체형 비정형 도색 중 어느 한 모드로 도색되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
