Curtain wall having improved assembling structure
The present invention relates to a curtain wall having an improved combining structure, which can prevent rainwater leakage and external damage by being able to fasten a fixing member to fix a glass panel to a center accurately, and can maintain a solid combining state regardless of application of external force from external wind or the like. According to the present invention, a first gasket is installed between facing glass panels and a front part of a structure where the glass panels are installed. A second gasket corresponding to the first gasket is installed outside the glass panels. Under the state that an inner cap is installed outside the second gasket, in the curtain wall where a screw to fix the glass panel is combined toward a center of a front part of the structure from the outside of the inner cap, a subsided groove subsided toward the center of the front part of the structure is formed at a portion of the first gasket where the screw to fix the glass panel is combined. A clipping member where a combining groove subsided toward the center of the front part of the structure is fixed to the front part of the structure on a straight line connecting the subsided groove of the first gasket to the center of the front part of the structure. Also, the curtain wall comprises a molding member which is inserted into the combining groove of the clipping member while being formed in a shape of the combining groove of the clipping member, and has a spiral fastening groove formed to be fixed by being fastened to the screw to fix the glass panel in the inside thereof. The curtain wall can fasten the screw to fix the glass panel to the center of the front part of the structure accurately, and can combine the glass panel to the structure solidly and stably.
본 발명은 유리패널을 고정하기 위한 고정부재를 센터에 정확하게 체결할 수 있게 됨으로써 빗물 누수와 외관미 훼손을 방지하게 되고, 외풍과 같은 외력의 작용에도 견고한 결합 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되는 결합구조가 개선된 커튼월에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 대향하는 유리패널들과 이 유리패널들이 설치되는 구조재의 전면부와의 사이에 제1가스켓이 설치되고, 유리패널들 외측에 제1가스켓에 대응하는 제2가스켓이 설치되며, 제2가스켓의 외측에 속캡이 설치된 상태에서, 속캡의 외측으로부터 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 향해 결합되는 커튼월에서, 제1가스켓에는 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 결합되어 들어오는 부위에 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 향해 함입된 함입홈이 형성되고, 이 제1가스켓의 함입홈으로부터 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 잇는 일직선상에서 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 향해 함입된 결합홈이 형성된 클리핑부재가 구조재의 전면부에 고정이 되며, 클리핑부재의 결합홈의 형상을 따라 이루어져 클리핑부재의 결합홈에 삽입이 되면서 내부에는 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 체결되어 고정이 되는 나선형의 체결홈이 형성된 몰딩부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a curtain wall having an improved combining structure, which can prevent rainwater leakage and external damage by being able to fasten a fixing member to fix a glass panel to a center accurately, and can maintain a solid combining state regardless of application of external force from external wind or the like. According to the present invention, a first gasket is installed between facing glass panels and a front part of a structure where the glass panels are installed. A second gasket corresponding to the first gasket is installed outside the glass panels. Under the state that an inner cap is installed outside the second gasket, in the curtain wall where a screw to fix the glass panel is combined toward a center of a front part of the structure from the outside of the inner cap, a subsided groove subsided toward the center of the front part of the structure is formed at a portion of the first gasket where the screw to fix the glass panel is combined. A clipping member where a combining groove subsided toward the center of the front part of the structure is fixed to the front part of the structure on a straight line connecting the subsided groove of the first gasket to the center of the front part of the structure. Also, the curtain wall comprises a molding member which is inserted into the combining groove of the clipping member while being formed in a shape of the combining groove of the clipping member, and has a spiral fastening groove formed to be fixed by being fastened to the screw to fix the glass panel in the inside thereof. The curtain wall can fasten the screw to fix the glass panel to the center of the front part of the structure accurately, and can combine the glass panel to the structure solidly and stably.
본 발명은 유리패널을 고정하기 위한 고정부재를 센터에 정확하게 체결할 수 있게 됨으로써 빗물 누수와 외관미 훼손을 방지하게 되고, 외풍과 같은 외력의 작용에도 견고한 결합 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되는 결합구조가 개선된 커튼월에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 대향하는 유리패널들과 이 유리패널들이 설치되는 구조재의 전면부와의 사이에 제1가스켓이 설치되고, 유리패널들 외측에 제1가스켓에 대응하는 제2가스켓이 설치되며, 제2가스켓의 외측에 속캡이 설치된 상태에서, 속캡의 외측으로부터 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 향해 결합되는 커튼월에서, 제1가스켓에는 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 결합되어 들어오는 부위에 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 향해 함입된 함입홈이 형성되고, 이 제1가스켓의 함입홈으로부터 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 잇는 일직선상에서 구조재의 전면부의 센터를 향해 함입된 결합홈이 형성된 클리핑부재가 구조재의 전면부에 고정이 되며, 클리핑부재의 결합홈의 형상을 따라 이루어져 클리핑부재의 결합홈에 삽입이 되면서 내부에는 유리패널 고정용 스크류가 체결되어 고정이 되는 나선형의 체결홈이 형성된 몰딩부재가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
