FIRE DOOR HAVING FIRE EMISSION STRUCTURE
Disclosed is a fire door with a fire discharge unit. The fire door with a fire discharge structure in accordance with the present invention, comprises: a door main body, wherein a front panel and a rear panel are arranged at a predetermined interval to fill a filling material therebetween, an upper or lower region is opened by a mutual combination of the front panel and the rear panel, and all the rest of regions except the upper or lower region are closed; and a fire discharge unit which is coupled to the upper or lower region of the door main body, and is arranged to form a discharge passage of fire including high temperature gas and flame caused by the filling material burnt down by a fire. The present invention provides a structure for allowing discharge of high temperature gas and blocking discharge of flame in fire generated when the filling material is burnt down by the fire discharge units arranged on the upper and lower regions of the door main body. Accordingly, deformation, such as distortion and flexure of the door main body, and expansion, which are caused by thermal expansion inside the closed door main body, can be prevented. Also, diffusion of fire caused by discharge of flame can be prevented. Furthermore, fire can be rapidly extinguished, and loss of life can be prevented.
화기배출수단을 갖는 방화문이 개시된다. 본 발명의 화기배출수단을 갖는 ㅂ방화문은 전면패널과 배면패널이 일정간격을 두고 배치되고 이들 사이에 충진재가 채워지되, 상기 전면패널과 배면패널의 상호 결합에 의해 상부 또는 하부영역을 개방하고 이들을 제외한 나머지 전체 영역을 밀폐하도록 마련되는 도어 본체; 및 상기 도어 본체의 상부 또는 하부영역에 결합되며 화재 발생시 상기 충진재의 전소에 따라 발생하는 고온의 가스 및 화염 등을 포함하는 화기의 배출통로를 형성하도록 마련되는 화기배출수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도어 본체의 상부 및 하부영역에 마련되는 화기배출수단에 의해 충진재의 전소시 발생하는 화기 중에서 고온의 가스의 배출을 허용하고 화염의 배출을 차단할 수 있는 구조를 제공함으로써, 밀폐된 도어 본체의 내부에서 발생하는 열팽창에 의한 도어 본체의 뒤틀림 및 휨 등의 변형이나 폭발을 방지하면서도 화염의 배출로 인한 화재의 확산을 방지할 수 있고, 또한 화재의 신속한 진화를 도모하고 진화과정에서 인명피해를 예방할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a fire door with a fire discharge unit.
