Automatic Cutting and Inputting Apparatus for Snow-removing Sack
The present invention relates to an automatic cutting and inputting apparatus for a snow-removing sack mounted on an excavator, to efficiently inject a snow-removing agent to a sprayer of a snow-removing vehicle by safely cutting the sack during a loading process by automating a cutting process of the sack. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a main body frame extended in a vertical direction, having a connecting bracket connectable on one end of an arm of an excavator; a lifting hook installed on an upper end of the main body frame, provided to fixate a sack including the snow-removal agent by an upper end; and a cutting unit including a cutting blade plate rotationally coupled to a lower portion of the main body frame by a hinge connection, to cut in accordance with the lower end of the sack hanging by the lifting hook, and including a hydraulic cylinder fixated on a rear side of the main body frame to be connected on one end of the cutting blade plate, to apply a rotary force to the cutting blade plate by an extension movement by receiving a hydraulic pressure of the excavator.
본 발명은 제설차량의 살포기에 제설제를 투입하기 위한 원료포대의 절개작업을 자동화하여 제설제의 상차작업에서 포대를 안전하게 절개하며 제설차량의 살포기에 제설제를 효율적으로 투입함을 제공하도록, 굴삭기의 암(arm) 일단에 결합가능한 연결브라켓을 구비하고, 상하 수직방향으로 연장형성되는 본체프레임과; 상기 본체프레임의 상단에 설치되고 제설제가 수용된 원료포대의 상단을 걸어 고정할 수 있게 구비되는 인양후크와; 상기 본체프레임의 하부에 회전가능하게 힌지 결합하고 상기 인양후크 상에 걸린 원료포대의 하단부에 대응하여 절개가능하게 구비되는 절개날플레이트와, 상기 절개날플레이트의 일단에 연결되게 상기 본체프레임의 후방에 고정설치되되 굴삭기의 유압이 공급되어 신장운동하며 상기 절개날플레이트에 회전동력을 인가하는 유압실린더로 구성되는 절개부;를 포함하는 굴삭기 장착용 제설제 원료포대 자동절개 투입장치를 제공한다.
