The present invention relates to an outer insulation structure of an apartment building. An objective of the present invention is to increase a temperature of external air flowing into an apartment building while gradually reducing an amount of the external air to improve an insulation effect and a heat-retaining effect. According to the present invention, the outer insulation structure of an apartment building comprises: an insulation material installed on a wall of an apartment building; a first thermal conduction medium which is installed on one surface of the insulation material and absorbs external air; a storage unit installed on one surface of the first thermal conduction medium and provided with a storage space divided into multiple parts by a grid-shaped partition wall therein, whose one surface is opened; a second thermal conduction medium to seal an opened portion of the storage unit and absorb the external air; and a finishing unit installed on one surface of the second thermal conduction medium.
본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 외단열구조에 관한 것으로서, 공동주택 건축물의 내부로 유입되는 외부공기의 양을 점차 감소시키면서 외부공기의 온도를 상승시켜 단열효과 및 보온효과를 향상시킬 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 공동주택 건축물의 외단열구조는, 공동주택 건축물의 벽체에 설치되는 단열재, 상기 단열재의 일면에 설치되며 외부공기를 흡수하는 제1열전도매체, 상기 제1열전도매체의 일면에 설치되며, 일면이 개방되고 내부에는 격자 형상의 격벽에 의해 다수개로 구획되는 수납공간이 형성된 수납부, 상기 수납부의 개방된 부분을 밀폐시키며 외부공기를 흡수하는 제2열전도매체, 상기 제2열전도매체의 일면에 설치되는 마감부를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to an outer insulation structure of an apartment building.
