APPARATUS FOR SPRAYING WATERPROOF AGENT
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the durability of a waterproof coating while improving the waterproofing performance thereof by fundamentally preventing an unreacted phenomenon to firmly form the waterproof coating by receiving and evenly mixing a main material and a hardening agent forming a waterproofing composite. The composite spraying device for waterproof coating includes: a main material tank for supplying the main material for forming the waterproof coating to a body; a hardening agent tank supplying the hardening agent to cause hardening by being mixed with the main material; a sprayer connected to the main material tank and the hardening agent tank by a main material line and a hardening agent line, receiving the main material and the hardening agent, and spraying the same to a place to be waterproof-processed; a cleaning water tank installed in the body and supplying cleaning water to remove the main material and the hardening agent inside the sprayer; and a compressor generating compressed air enabling the sprayer to spray the mixed composite for waterproof coating. The sprayer includes a handle where a user can hold with a hand and a spraying nozzle joined to a front side of the handle and producing and spraying the waterproofing composite by receiving and mixing the main material and the hardening agent.
본 발명은 방수도막용 조성물을 구성하는 주재료와 경화제를 공급받아 고르게 혼합하여 미반응현상을 원천적으로 배제하여 방수도막을 견고하게 형성하므로 방수력을 높이면서 방수도막의 내구성을 높일 수 있도록 한 것으로서; 본체에 방수도막용 주재료를 공급하기 위한 주재료탱크와, 상기 주재료와 혼합되어 경화반응을 일으키기 위한 경화제를 공급하도록 구비하는 경화제탱크와, 상기 주재료탱크 및 경화제탱크와 주재료라인 및 경화제라인으로 연결되어 주재료와 경화제를 공급받아 방수위치에 분사하는 분사기와, 상기 본체에 설치하여 분사기 내부의 주재료와 경화제를 제거하도록 세척수를 공급하는 세척수탱크와, 상기 분사기에서 혼합된 방수도막용 조성물을 분사가능하게 압축공기를 발생시키는 컴프레서를 설치하여 구성되는 방수도막용 조성물 분사시스템에 적용되는 분사기에 있어서; 상기 분사기는, 이용자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 구비하는 손잡이와, 상기 손잡이의 전방에 결합되어 주재료와 경화제를 공급받아 혼합시켜 방수도막용 조성물을 만들어 분사하기 위한 분사노즐을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
