ROADWAY SEALANT
The present invention relates to a forming joint material inserted into joints for preventing damage to a structure due to shrinkage and expansion of a paving structure when paving a road and, more specifically, to a forming joint material easy to insert into joints by shrinking a compression unit and providing construction convenience by using the same. The forming joint material includes: a column unit vertically inserted into the joint; a lower unit extended from a lower part of the column unit in a horizontal direction and arranged in a lower part of the joint; a middle unit extended from a middle part of the column unit in a horizontal direction and arranged in an upper side of the lower unit inside the joint; and an upper part extended from an upper part of the column unit in a horizontal direction and arranged in an upper side of the middle unit inside the joint inside the joint.
본 발명은 포장 도로 시공에 있어서 온도 변화에 따른 포장 구조체의 수축 및 팽창으로 인한 파손을 방지하기 위한 줄눈에 삽입되는 성형줄눈재이자, 특히 발포를 통한 다수의 공극이 형성된 압축부를 도입하여, 압축부의 수축을 통한 줄눈 삽입 용이성을 제공하고 이를 통해 줄눈 시공의 편의성을 제공할 수 있는 성형줄눈재에 관한 것으로, 줄눈 내부에서 수직 배치되는 기둥부와, 상기 기둥부 하단에서 수평 방향으로 연장되고 줄눈 내부에서 하부에 배치되는 하단부와, 상기 기둥부 중단에서 수평 방향으로 연장되고 줄눈 내부에서 상기 하단부 상부에 배치되는 중단부와, 상기 기둥부 상단에서 수평 방향으로 연장되고 줄눈 내부에서 상기 중단부 상부에 배치되는 상단부와, 상기 중단부와 결합되고 다수의 공극이 형성된 압축부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
