FRP FRP Composition for Reinforcement of Concrete Structure Using Complex Material Manufactured by Drawing of Basalt Fiber Glass Fiber Carbon Fiber and Metal Fiber Used in High Strength Urethane Resin and Reinforcement of Concrete Structure Using Thereof
The present invention relates to a repairing and reinforcing FRP composition, on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a urethane resin, comprises: 5 to 50 parts by weight of a filler including aluminum hydroxide, calcium carbonate, or a mixture thereof; 70 to 90 parts by weight of a molded material drawn and molded from a basalt fiber, an aramid fiber, a glass fiber, a carbon fiber, or a mixture of one or more selected therefrom; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a hardening agent; 1 to 10 part by weight of an attachment improving agent; and 3 to 15 parts by weight of a low shrinking agent. The FRP composition according to the present invention has improved mechanical functions, durability, shock resistance, and strength by dipping a high strength urethane resin in a composite material drawn and processed from a basalt fiber, a glass fiber, a carbon fiber, a metal fiber, or the like. Accordingly, good molding properties are ensured. Also, a production procedure is convenience, and production costs are cheap.
본 발명은 우레탄수지 100중량부를 기준으로, 수산화알루미늄, 탄산칼슘 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 충진제 5 내지 50중량부; 현무암 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유 또는 이들로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 혼합물을 인발성형한 성형물 70 내지 90중량부; 경화제 5 내지 20중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 저수축제 3 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 보수보강용 FRP 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 FRP 조성물은 고강도 우레탄 수지를 현무암섬유, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 메탈섬유 등을 인발 가공한 복합소재에 함침시킬 수 있도록 하여 기계적 성능, 내구성, 내충격성 및 강도 등을 향상시킨 FRP 조성물을 제공함으로써, 성형성이 좋고, 생산공정이 간편하여 생산비용이 저렴하다.
