Removal method of liner wrinkles for the large-diameter old pipe rehabilitation
The present invention relates to a method to remove liner wrinkles for old pipe regeneration, to clearly remove the wrinkles from the inner wall of the liner for old pipe regeneration while a repairman does not enter the pipe and to prevent depression and deformation of the liner during the wrinkle removal process. According to the present invention, the method to remove the liner wrinkles for old pipe regeneration comprises: a step of pressing a wrinkle portion by a pressure difference for removing wrinkles; a step of heating to a temperature of a semi-melted state through a step of heating the wrinkle portion; a step of heating to remove the elastic restoration force from the wrinkle portion through a wrinkle portion vitrifying process; a step of reducing the pressure; a step of cooling the wrinkle portion; and a step of stabilizing. As such, the present invention has an effect of clearly removing the wrinkles from the inner wall of the liner for old pipe regeneration while a repairman does not enter the pipe and preventing the depression and the deformation of the liner during the wrinkle removal process.
본 발명은 노후관 갱생용 라이너의 주름제거 갱생방법에 관한 것으로서, 노후관에 작업자가 직접 들어가지 않고도 노후관 갱생용 라이너의 내벽에 형성된 주름을 명확하게 제거하고 주름제거과정이 라이너의 함몰변형이 방지되도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 노후관 갱생용 라이너의 주름제거 갱생방법에 있어서, 주름제거가압차에 의하여 주름부를 가압하고, 주름부가열과정을 통하여 반 용융상태로 이전으로 온도로 가열하며, 주름부유리화과정을 통하여 주름부가 탄성 복원력 상실되게 가열한 후 가압력감압과정과 주름부냉각과정 및 안정화지지과정으로 이루어진 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 작업자가 노후관에 들어가지 않고도 노후관 갱생용 라이너의 내벽에 형성된 주름을 명확하게 제거하는 효과와 주름이 제거된 라이너의 함몰변형이 방지되는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
