The present invention relates to a snow removal solution injection system having a screw nozzle. According to the present invention, the snow removal solution injection system (100) having a screw nozzle includes: a snow removal solution tank (81) filled with a snow removal solution (L); a pump (83) connected to the snow removal solution tank (81) by a pipe (82); a screw nozzle (90) connected to the pump (83) by the pipe (82); a control unit (85) controlling the pump (83); a first communications module (86) receiving on/off signals of the pump (83) by being linked to the control unit (85); a sensor sensing snow cover by being supported on a road (R); and a second communications module (88) transmitting the on/off signals to the first communications module (86) when the snow cover is sensed, by being linked to the sensor (87). The screw nozzle (90) has: an injection hole (210); and a filler (300) having a spiral protrusion (313) of a thread shape along the inner circumference of an inner hole (310), wherein the filler (300) is formed in a pipe shape having the inner hole (310) penetrated forward and backward and is inserted into the injection unit (210). Therefore, the snow removal solution injection system can inject the snow removal solution (L) to a desired position without spreading out the snow removal solution (L) by rotating and injecting the snow removal solution (L). The snow removal solution injection system can expand a snow removal width (V) and enables unmanned automation.
본 발명에 의한 스크류 노즐이 구성된 제설액 분사 시스템(100)은, 제설액(L)이 충전되는 제설액 탱크(81)와, 상기 제설액 탱크(81)에 배관(82)으로 연결되는 펌프(83)와, 상기 펌프(83)에 배관(82)으로 연결되는 스크류 노즐(90)과, 상기 펌프(83)를 컨트롤하는 제어부(85)와, 상기 제어부(85)에 연계되어 상기 펌프(83)의 온오프(on/off) 신호를 수신하는 제1통신모듈(86)과, 노면(R)에 지지되어 적설 여부를 감지하는 센서(87)와, 상기 센서(87)에 연계되어 적설이 감지되면 상기 제1통신모듈(86)에 상기 온오프(on/off) 신호를 발신하는 제2통신모듈(88)을 포함하고, 상기 스크류 노즐(90)은, 분사구(210)가 형성된 노즐에 있어서, 상기 분사구(210)에 삽입되고 전후방으로 내측홀(310)이 관통된 관 형상이고, 상기 내측홀(310)의 내측면의 둘레를 따라 나사산 모양의 나선돌기(313)가 형성된 필러(300)를 포함한다. 따라서, 제설액(L)을 회전시켜서 분사하므로 제설액(L)이 퍼지지 않고 원하는 지점까지 분사될 수 있고 제설폭(V)의 확장이 가능하며, 무인 자동화가 가능하도록 구성한 효과가 있다.
