Agar composite and preparation thereof
Provided is an agar composite which uses, as a main ingredient, agar, a natural polymer extracted from nature and is formed by uniformly compounding ceramic powder with an agar film, and thus shows good insulation performance. A method of preparing the agar composite, which is used to make an insulating film, includes: making agar slurry; dispersing ceramic powder uniformly; removing air bubbles; and drying the agar slurry to make the agar composite. According to the present invention, thermal conductivity of the agar composite is significantly reduced and the agar composite has flexibility and elasticity of polymer since the ceramic powder is uniformly dispersed on the agar film. Moreover, since the main ingredient agar is a natural polymer extracted from nature so environmental friendly ingredient unharmful to human bodies, the agar composite may be used to make various products such as a heat wire shielding window film, an insulator, heat insulating materials, etc.
본 발명은 주원료로 자연에서 추출한 천연고분자인 한천(Agar)을 사용하고 한천 필름에 세라믹 입자를 균일하게 복합하여 단열 성능이 우수한 한천 복합체를 제공한다. 한천 복합체 및 이를 이용한 단열 필름은 한천 슬러리를 제조하는 단계; 세라믹 입자를 균일하게 분산하는 단계; 기포를 제거하는 단계; 이를 건조하여 한천 복합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면 한천 필름에 세라믹 입자를 균일하게 분산시켜 복합함으로써 열전도율이 크게 낮아지는 효과가 있으며 고분자의 유연성과 신축성을 갖는 특징이 있다. 또한, 주성분인 한천은 자연에서 추출한 천연고분자로써 인체에 무해한 친환경 소재이므로 열선 차단용 윈도우 필름 및 단열, 보온재 등의 다양한 분야에 적용될 수 있다.
