The present invention relates to a separation space insulation house, comprising: a house body (100) having a side wall part (10) where a first separation space (13) is formed between a first inner side wall (11) and a first outer side wall (12); a first ventilation hole (200) formed on one side of a side part of the house body (100), and linked to the first separation space (13); a second ventilation hole (300) installed in the other side of the side part of the house body (100), and linked to the first separation space (13); an intake and exhaust unit (400) installed in the first ventilation hole (200), forming an intake pressure and an exhaust pressure in the first separation space (13); and an opening and closing unit (500) selectively opening and closing the second ventilation hole (300). The separation space insulation house is able to improve a heating and cooling efficiency.
본 발명은 이격공간 단열주택에 관한 것으로서, 제1내측벽(11)과 제1외측벽(12) 사이에 제1이격공간(13)이 형성된 측벽부(10)를 가지는 주택몸체(100)와; 주택몸체(100)의 측부 일측에 형성된 것으로서, 제1이격공간(13)과 연통되는 제1통기공(200)과; 주택몸체(100)의 측부 타측에 설치된 것으로서, 제1이격공간(13)과 연통되는 제2통기공(300)과; 제1통기공(200)에 설치되는 것으로서, 제1이격공간(13)에 흡배기압을 형성하는 흡배기유니트(400)와; 제2통기공(300)에 설치되는 것으로서, 그 제2통기공(300)을 선택적으로 개폐하는 개폐유니트(500);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
