An embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing hands from being stuck in an elevator, comprising: an elevator car composed of a cage front frame having a car entrance to allow a passenger to board an elevator, for moving along an elevation space which is vertically formed, a cage rear frame opposite to the cage front frame, and a cage lateral frame connecting the cage front frame and the cage rear frame; a car door operated to open and close the car entrance; and an elevator door that is operated to open and close the elevator entrance by interlocking with the car door. The apparatus comprises: an elevator car interruption sensing unit which is installed on a car entrance frame constituting the cage front frame forming the car entrance, and senses whether an object exists in an elevator car entrance area, within a predetermined range from the car entrance frame; and a control unit which stops the operation of the car door and the elevator door when an object is detected through the elevator car interruption sensing unit.
본 발명의 실시 형태는 탑승할 수 있는 카 출입구가 형성되어 수직으로 형성된 승하강 공간을 따라 이동하도록 상기 카 출입구가 마련되는 케이지 전방 프레임과, 상기 케이지 전방 프레임과 대향된 케이지 후방 프레임과, 상기 케이지 전방 프레임과 케이지 후방 프레임을 잇는 케이지 측방 프레임으로 된 엘리베이터 카; 상기 카 출입구를 개폐하도록 작동되는 카 도어; 및 상기 카 도어와 연동하여 상기 승강장 출입구를 개폐하도록 작동되는 승강장 도어를 포함하는 엘리베이터 손끼임 방지 장치에 있어서, 상기 카 출입구를 형성하는 케이지 전방 프레임을 이루는 카 출입구 프레임에 설치되어, 상기 카 출입구 프레임으로부터 미리 설정된 범위 내인 엘리베이터 카 출입구 영역 내에 사물이 존재하는지를 감지하는 엘리베이터 카 끼임 감지부; 및 상기 엘리베이터 카 끼임 감지부를 통해 사물이 검출되는 경우, 상기 카 도어와 승강장 도어의 작동을 정지시키는 제어부;를 포함할 수 있다.
