Apparatus for preventing sewerage pipe subsidence of smooth ground
The present invention relates to equipment for preventing a sewer pipe from subsiding into the soft ground. The present invention is able to surely prevent a sewer pipe and a support block of the sewer pipe from subsiding by: supporting the sewer pipe on the support block of the sewer pipe in a state of being combined with a grouting material on both sides of a pipe channel by cement mortar while mounting the support block of the sewer pipe on the top of a grouting material of the bottom of the pipe channel and on a helical anchor pile on the bottom of the pipe channel in a soft soil foundation reinforcement construction after reinforcing the soft ground by installing the helical anchor pile on both sides of the pipe channel, the grouting material on both sides of the pipe channel, the helical anchor pile on the bottom of the pipe channel, and the grouting material on the bottom of the pipe channel; and supporting a sewer pipe support block with a plurality of support rods in a top support bracket supported in the top of the grouting material on both sides of the pipe channel and the helical anchor pipe on both sides of the pipe channel.
본 발명은 연약지반의 하수도관 침하 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 관로양변 헬리컬앵커파일, 관로양변 그라우팅재, 관로바닥 헬리컬앵커파일, 관로바닥 그라우팅재를 설치하여 연약지반을 보강한 다음, 터파기공의 관로바닥 헬리컬앵커파일과 관로바닥 그라우팅재의 상단에 하수도관 지지블록을 안착함과 아울러 관로양변 그라우팅재에 시멘트몰탈에 의하여 결합한 상태에서 하수도관 지지블록에 하수도관을 지지함으로써 하수도관 지지블록과 하수도관의 침하를 방지할 수 있게 되며, 또한 하수도관 지지블록를 관로양변 헬리컬앵커파일과 관로양변 그라우팅재의 상단에 지지되는 상단지지브래킷에 복수개의 지지봉으로 지지함으로써 하수도관 지지블록과 하수도관의 침하를 보다 확실하게 방지할 수 있게 한 것이다.
