RETARDER BRAKE APPARATUS AND FLOODGATE WINCH INCLUDING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a deceleration brake device which reduces the falling speed of a sluice before a bottom part of the sluice comes in contact with the ground, and a sluice winch including the same. The deceleration brake device comprises: a body part; a power converting unit which is connected to a drive shaft of a sluice winch, and is coupled to the body part, and receives rotary motion from the drive shaft to convert into rectilinear motion; a brake unit which is connected to the power converting unit, and stops rotation of the power converting unit by an increase in frictional force by the power converting unit; an elastic unit which is disposed between the power converting unit and the brake unit to provide elastic force for the brake unit, and reduces the rotary speed of the power converting unit before the power converting unit is stopped by the brake unit.

본 발명은 수문의 하단부가 바닥에 접촉하기 전에 수문의 강하 속도를 감소시키는 감속 브레이크 장치 및 이를 포함하는 수문 권양기를 위하여, 바디부와; 수문 권양기의 구동축과 연결되며, 상기 바디부에 결합되고, 상기 구동축으로부터 회전운동을 전달받아 직선운동으로 변환하는 동력변환유닛과; 상기 동력변환유닛과 연결되며, 상기 동력변환유닛에 의해 마찰력이 증가되어 상기 동력변환유닛의 회전을 멈추는 브레이크유닛과; 상기 동력변환유닛과 상기 브레이크유닛 사이에 배치되어 상기 브레이크유닛에 탄성력을 제공하고, 상기 동력변환유닛이 상기 브레이크유닛에 의해 멈추기 전에 상기 동력변환유닛의 회전속도를 감속시키는 탄성유닛;을 포함하는 수문 권양기용 감속 브레이크 장치 및 이를 포함하는 수문 권양기를 제공한다.
