Shotcrete retaining wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a composite wall type retaining wall using shotcrete, which has a structure a structure of supporting and holding a reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plate enabling the shotcrete to be placed in order for the reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plate to be attached on an offset slope. The composite wall type retaining wall comprises: multiple nails enabling a free end to be constructed to protrude from the offset slope; a base block arranged on the ground along the front side of a lower end of the offset slope; the multiple reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plates including a plate-shaped base having multiple through holes and a truss girder embedded on the upper surface of the base, wherein the reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plate is arranged at a predetermined interval to be spaced from the offset slope; an insert screwed with the free end of the nail and extended to the upper end of the reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plate by passing through the through hole; the shotcrete placed and cured to embed the reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plate; and a finishing member finishing the front surface of a reinforcing composite wall formed of the shotcrete. The reinforcing bar arrangement drainage plate is supported in a suspension state by the insert and is attached to the offset slope. Also, the present invention relates to a construction method for a composite wall type retaining wall using shotcrete.
본 발명은 숏크리트를 이용한 합벽식 옹벽에 관한 것으로, 자유단을 절토 사면에서 돌출되게 시공되는 다수의 네일과; 절토 사면의 하단 전방을 따라 지반 상부에 배치된 기초 블록; 다수의 관통공을 갖춘 판상의 베이스와 이 베이스의 상면에 부설된 트러스 거더를 구비하고, 절토 사면과 소정의 간격으로 이격되게 배치되는 다수의 철근배근 배수판; 네일의 자유단과 나사체결되고 관통공을 지나 철근배근 배수판의 상단부로 길이연장되는 인서트; 철근배근 배수판을 매설되도록 타설 양생하는 숏크리트; 및 숏크리트로 형성된 보강용 합벽의 전면을 마감처리하는 마감재;로 이루어지는데, 철근배근 배수판은 인서트를 수단으로 하여 현수상태로 지지되어 절토 사면과 밀착배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 숏크리트를 이용한 합벽식 옹벽의 시공방법을 포함한다.
