- High early strength concrete composition modified with nano hardend silica and phenylethene-ethyl propenoate polymer synthetic latex and repairing method for concrete pavement using the same
The present invention relates to a high early strength concrete composition modified with phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer latex, and to a repairing method for concrete pavement using the same. The high early strength concrete composition of the present invention comprises: 10 to 30 parts by weight of a high early strength cement binding material; 25 to 60 parts by weight of fine aggregate; 25 to 60 parts by weight of coarse aggregate; 1 to 10 parts by weight of water; and 1 to 15 parts by weight of phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer synthetic latex for improving attachment strength, water proof properties, and durability of concrete. The phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer synthetic latex includes 30 to 40 parts by weight of phenylethene, 30 to 40 parts by weight of ethyl-propenoate, 1 to 20 parts by weight of butyl-pro-2-enoate, 1 to 10 parts by weight of 2-propenenitrile, 1 to 10 parts by weight of pro-2-enoic acid, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate. The high early strength concrete composition modified with phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer latex of the present invention is completed within three hours after concrete is deposited to start strength expression, expresses a compression strength more than or equal to 21PMa after being cured for 24 hours, and is opened for traffic. Therefore, it is possible to reduce social indirect costs for early traffic opening, and to improve water proof properties and durability of concrete, thereby inhibiting neutralization of slab and reducing costs for repairing for a long period of time according to extension of lifetime of concrete pavement.
본 발명은 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 라텍스로 개질된 조강 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 포장보수공법에 관한 것으로서, 조강 시멘트 결합재 10-30 중량부, 잔골재 25-60 중량부, 굵은 골재 25-60중량부, 물 1-10 중량부 및 콘크리트의 부착강도, 방수성과 내구성을 개선하기 위해 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스 1-15중량부를 포함하며, 상기 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스는 페닐에텐 30-40 중량부, 에틸-프로페노에이트 30-40 중량부, 부틸-프로-2-에노에이트 1-20 중량부, 2-프로페넨나이트릴 1-10 중량부, 프로-2-에노익산 1-10 중량부, 디메틸암모노에틸메틸아크릴레이트 1-10 중량부를 함유하는, 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스로 개질된 조강 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 포장 보수공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 페닐에텐-에틸 프로펜노에이트계 폴리머 합성라텍스로 개질된 조강 콘크리트 조성물은, 콘크리트 타설 후 3시간 이내 종결하여 강도발현을 시작하고, 양생 24시간에 21PMa 이상의 압축강도를 발현하여, 교통개방함으로서 조기교통개방에 따른 사회적 간접비용을 절감하고, 또한 콘크리트의 방수성과 내구성이 개선하여 슬래브 중성화 억제 및 콘크리트 포장체의 수명연장에 따른 장기 보수 비용절감 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a high early strength concrete composition modified with phenylethene-ethyl propenoate-based polymer latex, and to a repairing method for concrete pavement using the same.
