The manufacture method of building bricks with easy workability and the building bricks
The present invention relates to a method for producing structural brick ensuing easy construction, and to a structural brick thereof. In order to make the brick ensuring easy construction, method comprises the following steps: (S10) a preparation step for preparing a resin material and powdered inorganic material; (S20) a mixing step for melting the resin material in the preparation step (S10) by heating the same and then producing a mixture by mixing the inorganic material; and (S30) a molding step for extruding and drying the mixture in the mixing step (S20) while accommodating the same in a mold frame and then forming the brick (B) which includes an embossed part (12), an intaglio part (13), a projection part (14), and a plurality of through-holes (16).
본 발명은 시공이 용이한 벽돌을 조성함에 있어서: 분말 상태의 무기물과 수지재를 준비하는 준비단계(S10); 상기 준비단계(S10)의 수지재를 가열하여 용융시키고, 용융된 수지재 상에 무기물을 서로 혼합하여 혼합물을 구성하는 혼합단계(S20); 및 상기 혼합단계(S20)의 혼합물을 성형틀에 수용한 상태로 압축하고 건조시켜 외부 면에는 심미감과 장식미가 향상되도록 다양하면서도 일체화된 모양의 문양이 형성되고, 다수개의 벽돌(B)이 서로 밀착이 가능하게끔 양각부(12)와 음각부(13)를 구비하며, 다수개의 벽돌(B) 사이사이에는 줄눈(15)으로 메워 고정하게끔 요철부(14)를 구비하고, 단열과 방음 방습 방수 등이 가능하도록 다수개의 통공(16)을 구비하는 벽돌(B)을 형성하는 성형단계(S30);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라 본 발명은, 인체에 무해한 각종의 무기물과 수지재들을 매우 적절하게 취사선택한 뒤 뛰어난 배합비율로 혼합하여 건축용 벽돌을 제조함으로써 불에 잘 타지 않아 화재에도 강하고 안전하며, 분말 형태로 형성된 무기물질과 수지재가 서로 발포 용융되면서 일체화됨에 따라 효과적인 방수 및 방습 등이 가능하며, 또 가벼운 중량으로 인해 벽돌 작업성이 향상되면서도 인체에 유익한 원적외선과 음이온 등이 다량 방사(放射)되어 건강증진은 물론 각종 잡냄새 및 곰팡이 제거 등이 가능하며, 특히 완성된 벽돌 면에 다양한 양각부와 음각부를 각각 형성하여 조립의 시공과 해체작업이 간단 치밀하면서도 견고한 고정력이 크게 발휘될 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
