Sheet waterproof method using non-adhesive type sheet joint method
The present invention relates to a method for waterproofing a sheet using a non-adhesive type sheet joint method. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) a step of preparing a three-layered joint pad by mixing latex, crude rubber, and compositions including butyl rubber to form a mixture, stacking the mixture on a release sheet to form an expandable pad, and stacking a non-woven fabric layer on an upper part of the pad; (b) a step of installing the joint pad in the longitudinal direction of a joint unit of a waterproof sheet; (c) a step of detaching a release sheet from an upper surface of the joint pad to expose the same, stacking each end part of the first waterproof sheet and the second waterproof sheet on the expandable pad of the joint pad, and pressing the same to be attached; (d) a step of detaching the release sheet from a lower surface of the joint pad in a state where the non-woven fabric layer faces an upper surface in an upper part of the joint unit of each end part of the first waterproof sheet and the second waterproof sheet, stacking the exposed expandable pad of the joint pad on the joint unit of each end part of the first waterproof sheet and the second waterproof sheet, and pressing the same to be attached; and (e) a step of forming a waterproof layer by stacking a waterproof material on an upper part to which the first waterproofing sheet, the second waterproofing sheet, and the joint pad are attached. According to the present invention, when a waterproof sheet is attached to a concrete structure, an adhesive is not used and the expandable pad is interposed to connect two waterproof sheets, thereby preventing a defect such as cracks in a connection unit. In addition, complete attaching and waterproofing between waterproof sheets are made even if a waterproof sheet or a concrete are expanded. Since simple attaching is required to connect the waterproof sheets, excellent workability is provided. Since adhesion and elasticity are semi-permanently maintained once waterproofing construction is performed, a separate maintenance work is not required. Since cracks do not occur by not using an adhesive causing cracks, a default is essentially prevented. Since an increase of thickness is suppressed in the joint unit of the waterproof sheet, an apparent roughness is prevented.
본 발명은 무접착제형 시트 이음법을 이용한 시트 방수 공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 구조물에 방수 시트를 시공시 인접하는 두 개의 방수 시트를 연결함에 있어 접착제의 사용을 배제하고 신축성 있는 이음 패드를 개재시켜 연결함으로써 연결부에서 균열 등의 하자가 발생하지 않도록 하며, 방수 시트나 콘크리트의 신축시에도 반영구적으로 방수 시트 간의 완벽한 접합 및 방수가 이루어질 수 있는 시트 방수 공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 무접착제형 시트 이음법을 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 시트 방수 공법을 실시하면, 여러 번의 작업을 할 필요가 없이 간단한 부착 작업에 의해 방수 시트 간의 연결이 완료되므로 작업성이 매우 우수한 장점이 있고, 한번 시공된 후에는 반영구적으로 그 점착성과 신축성이 유지되며 이음 패드의 방수 성능도 반영구적으로 유지되기 때문에 한번 시공으로 방수 시공이 완료될 수 있어 유지 보수가 별도로 필요없는 장점이 있으며, 접착제를 전혀 사용하지 않으므로 접착제 사용으로 인한 장기 균열 발생 문제점을 원천적으로 방지할 수 있으므로 하자가 발생하는 것을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있으며, 방수 시트의 이음부에서 두께가 상승하는 것을 최대한 억제할 수 있으므로 외관에 있어서 굴곡이 발생하는 것도 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
