The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an eco-friendly rice husk charcoal construction board which promotes a pleasant and healthy residential environment and thereby contributes to improving the health of a user, and is also easy to manufacture. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing an eco-friendly rice husk charcoal construction board comprises: a step for mixing 70-90 wt% of rice husk charcoal and 10-30 wt% of low-density polyethylene powder in a mixing container to prepare a starting material mixture; a step for extrusion-molding the starting material mixture into a board; and a step for curing the extrusion-molded board, wherein the mixing in the step for preparing the starting material mixture is carried out while heated so that the low-density polyethylene powder is softened and then coated on the surface of the rice husk charcoal.
본 발명은 쾌적하고 건강한 주거환경을 조성하여 사용자의 건강증진에 도움을 주며, 제조도 용이한 새로운 구성의 친환경 왕겨숯건축보드 제조방법에 대한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 왕겨숯 70~90중량%와, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말 10~30중량%를 믹싱용기에서 혼합하여 원료혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 원료혼합물을 보드형상으로 압출성형하는 단계; 상기 압출성형된 보드를 경화시키는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 원료혼합물을 제조하는 단계에서는 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말이 연화되어 왕겨숯 표면에 코팅되도록 가온하여 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 왕겨숯 건축보드 제조방법이 제공된다.
