The present invention relates to an expandable pack anchor equipped with protrusion type-fixing units, fixing protrusion type-fixing units having a plate-shape and strong rigidity to the ground while maintaining maximized expansion pressure of injected material without damage to an expandable packer in case of various excavation works or the like, thereby securing sufficient fixing force. The expandable pack anchor equipped with protrusion type-fixing units comprises a reinforcing member, an expandable packer, an injection pipe, a plurality of protrusion type-fixing units and a coupling band. The reinforcing member consists of a rebar or a strand. The expandable packer is formed to cover an outer circumferential surface of a fixed area of the reinforced material and has a diameter formed in case of maximum expansion, which is smaller than a diameter of a drilled hole. The injection pipe has one end positioned on an interior of the expandable packer and injects a grouting agent into the expandable packer. Each protrusion type-fixing unit is positioned on an outer circumferential surface of the expandable packer to be horizontally moved toward a drilled hole according to expansion of the expandable packer and comprises a fixed plate and a fixing plate. The fixing plate has a section formed with an arc-shape equal to a curvature of the expandable packer in case of maximum expansion of the expandable packer and is fixed to an exterior of the expandable packer. The fixing plate has a plate-shape, is bent at least one time to have an L-shaped wave form slanted with respect to the longitudinal direction of an anchor, and has a side surface fixedly coupled to an upper part of the fixed plate to protrude from an upper part of the fixed plate in a vertical direction. The coupling band allows the fixed plate of the protrusion type-fixing unit to be fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the expandable packer.
