The present invention provides a coupler for coupling screw type steel bars, a manufacturing apparatus of the coupler, and a manufacturing method using the same, wherein a coupling groove is formed in an inner circumferential surface, and an expansion protrusion and a plane portion are formed in an outer circumferential surface. Moreover, the coupling groove, the expansion protrusion, and the plane portion are formed in a lump at the same time with single work through a specific cutting process. Therefore, the coupler wherein a spiral coupling groove and an expansion protrusion are individually formed in inner and outer surfaces and a wrench can be controlled can be easily manufactured by single work to be provided.
본 발명은 내주면에 결합홈이 형성되고 외주면에는 확장돌기 및 평면부가 형성되어 이루어짐과 더불어 이러한 결합홈과 확장돌기 및 평면부는 비절삭 가공을 통해 단일의 작업으로 동시에 일괄 성형되어 이루어지는 나사형 철근 이음을 위한 커플러와, 이 커플러의 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 제조방법을 제공하며, 이로써 내외면에 나선형의 결합홈과 확장돌기가 각각 형성되면서도 렌치 조작이 가능한 커플러를 단일 작업으로 손쉽게 제조하여 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
