SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING SNOW MELTING AGENT SPRAYING EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to a control system for a snow removal agent spraying device capable of remotely controlling spray of a snow removal agent for a predetermined time by pumping the snow removal agent using a pump set at a spray section predetermined in accordance with a preset spray section, a pump, and a pump operating time, which are predetermined by a mobile terminal. According to the present invention, the control system for a snow removal agent spraying the snow removal agent on a road by being installed on the road includes: a road image photographing unit photographing an image of a periphery road in which the snow removal agent spraying device is installed; a control unit receiving the image photographed by the road image photographing unit and outputting a control signal; first, second, and third electric valve driving units controlling opening/closing movements of each of first, second, and third electric valves by receiving the control signal from the control unit and performing a switching motion; driving units of pump A, B controlling on/off motions of the pump A, B by being switched by receiving the control signal from the control unit; a solid snow removal agent spraying motor driving unit controlling the on/off motions of a solid snow removal agent spraying motor by receiving the control signal from the control unit and being switched; and a server computer transmitting and receiving data with the control unit and the mobile terminal and providing a snow removal agent spraying device management application for the mobile terminal.
본 발명은 이동단말기를 통해 살포 구간, 펌프 및 펌프 작동 시간을 설정하면 이에 따라 설정된 살포 구간에 설정된 펌프에 의해 제설제를 펌핑(pumping)하여 설정된 시간만큼 제설제를 살포할 수 있도록 원격으로 제어할 수 있는, 제설제 살포 장치의 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의, 제설제 살포 장치의 제어 시스템은 도로변에 설치되어 제설제를 도로에 살포하는 제설제 살포 장치의 제어 시스템으로서: 제설제 살포 장치가 설치된 주변 도로의 영상을 촬영하도록 구성된 도로 영상 촬영부; 도로 영상 촬영부로부터 촬영된 영상을 입력받음과 아울러 제어 신호를 출력하도록 구성된 제어부; 제어부로부터 제어 신호를 입력받아 스위칭 동작되어 제 1, 2, 3 전자 밸브 각각의 개/폐 동작을 제어하도록 구성된 제 1, 2, 3 전자 밸브 구동부; 제어부로부터 제어 신호를 입력받아 스위칭 동작되어 A, B 펌프의 온/오프 동작을 제어하도록 구성된 A, B 펌프 구동부; 제어부로부터 제어 신호를 입력받아 스위칭 동작되어 고체 제설제 살포 모터의 온/오프 동작을 제어하도록 구성된 고체 제설제 살포 모터 구동부; 및 제어부 및 이동 단말기와 데이터를 송, 수신할 수 있으며 이동 단말기에 제설제 살포 장치 관리 어플을 제공하도록 구성된 서버 컴퓨터를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a control system for a snow removal agent spraying device capable of remotely controlling spray of a snow removal agent for a predetermined time by pumping the snow removal agent using a pump set at a spray section predetermined in accordance with a preset spray section, a pump, and a pump operating time, which are predetermined by a mobile terminal. According to the present invention, the control system for a snow removal agent spraying the snow removal agent on a road by being installed on the road includes: a road image photographing unit photographing an image of a periphery road in which the snow removal agent spraying device is installed; a control unit receiving the image photographed by the road image photographing unit and outputting a control signal; first, second, and third electric valve driving units controlling opening/closing movements of each of first, second, and third electric valves by receiving the control signal from the control unit and performing a switching motion; driving units of pump A, B controlling on/off motions of the pump A, B by being switched by receiving the control signal from the control unit; a solid snow removal agent spraying motor driving unit controlling the on/off motions of a solid snow removal agent spraying motor by receiving the control signal from the control unit and being switched; and a server computer transmitting and receiving data with the control unit and the mobile terminal and providing a snow removal agent spraying device management application for the mobile terminal.
