The present invention relates to a steel pipe pile anchor for a silt protector, which is improved to be smoothly driven into a sea floor, and a driving device thereof. The steel pipe pile anchor (10) for a silt protector comprises: a driving unit (11) which has a shielding plate (14), a driving steel pipe (12), a through hole (15), a hinge piece (16), a rotation preventing piece (17), a catching piece (18), and a lifting guide hole (19); an anchor piece fixing unit (20) which has a rod part (21), a retraction preventing part (22), a connection part (23), an initial opening member (24), and a catching rod (25); and a pair of anchor pieces (30, 30) which have rotating pieces (31), separation resisting pieces (33), initially opened protruding pieces (34), and inclined surfaces (36), respectively.

본 발명은 해저면에 수월하게 박을 수 있도록 개선된 오탁방지막용 강관말뚝앙카 및 그 박음장치에 관한 것이다.따라서, 본 발명은 중앙공(13)이 있는 상단에 막음판(14)이 있고 하단에 뾰족부(12a)가 있는 박음강관(12)과, 상기 박음강관(12) 하측부 양측에 구비하는 관통홀(15)과, 상기 관통홀(15) 양측에 돌출되는 힌지편(16)과, 상기 관통홀(15) 상부쪽에 구비되는 회동방지편(17)과, 상기 회동방지편(17) 상부 양측에 돌출되는 걸림편(18)과, 상기 박음강관(12) 상부 양측에 구비되는 승하강가이드공(19)을 갖는 박힘수단(11) 및 상기 중앙공(13)에 삽입되는 기다란 로드부(21)와, 상기 로드부(21)의 하단부에 구비하는 오므림방지부(22)와, 상기 오므림방지부(22) 하단부에 구비하는 기다란 연결부(23) 끝단부에 있는 초기벌림부재(24)와, 승하강가이드공(19)을 관통하여 외부로 돌출되게 결합되는 걸림봉(25)을 상단부에 구비하는 앙카편고정수단(20) 및 상기 힌지편(16)에 상단부가 힌지축(32)으로 결합되어 회동 가능한 회동편(31)과, 상기 회동편(31) 일측단부에 고정되는 이탈저항편(33)과, 상기 회동편(31) 중간부에서 내측방향으로 돌출되는 초기벌림돌출편(34)과, 상기 회동편(31)의 상단부(35)와 인접되는 내측방향으로 구비되는 경사면부(36)를 각각 구비하여 박음강관(12) 양측에 상호 대향되게 구비되는 한쌍의 앙카편(30,30')을 포함하여 이루어지는 강관말뚝앙카(10)를 제공하고, 오랜시간 잠수할 수 없는 깊은 해저면에도 용이하게 강관말뚝앙카를 설치할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있고, 잠수부의 안전성이 크게 확보되는 효과가 있다.
