FIRE PREVENTION PANEL FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR INTERIOR DECORATION
Disclosed is a flame-proof panel for exterior or interior decoration capable of providing good appearance by being used as a finishing material for the ceiling or wall of a construction and meeting the flame-proof performance required by Korea Fire Institute. To that end, the flame-proof panel includes: a base board; first and second low-pressure melamine impregnated papers; and a finishing layer which is a UV coating agent applied on the top of the first low-pressure melamine impregnated paper. According to the present invention, the flame-proof panel can, by attaching the low-pressure melamine impregnated papers onto the both sides of the base board, have an excellent appearance compared to existing products and show flame-proof performance similar to a flame-proof panel deposited with a flame-proof coating agent.
건축물의 천장과 벽체를 마감하는 인테리어 마감재로 사용되어 유려한 미감을 제공하며, 한국소방산업기술원이 요구하는 방염성능을 충족할 수 있는 실내·외 인테리어용 방염패널이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 베이스 판재와, 상기 베이스 판재의 양 측면에 부착되며 방염제가 포함되어 구성된 제1,2 저압 멜라민 함침지, 및 상기 제1 저압 멜라민 함침지의 상부에 도포된 UV 코팅제로 구성된 마감층을 포함하는 방염패널을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방염패널은 베이스 판재의 양 측면에 저압 멜라민 함침지를 부착하여 기존 제품보다 우수한 외관을 얻을 수 있으며, 방염 코팅제가 증착된 방염패널에 상응하는 방염 특성을 갖는다.
