APPARATUS FOR OPENING A SLIDING ARMREST CONSOLE
The present invention relates to a device for opening and closing a console having a sliding armrest structure including: a console body; an opening and closing plate installed in the console body to rotate; and a sliding cover sliding on the opening and closing plate. The present invention is to provide an armrest locking device capable of opening a console box as a passenger controls a lever after an armrest slides forwards. According to the present invention, the device for opening and closing a console includes: the opening and closing plate having a lock lever locking or unlocking rotation on the console body and having multiple hanging grooves at fixed intervals; a control lever installed on a front end of the sliding cover to rotate and enabling the lock lever to be unlocked by rotation control at an initial position of the sliding cover; a hanging lever installed to rotate by interlocking with the control lever at the rear side of the control lever and limiting sliding of the sliding cover by being inserted into one among the hanging grooves formed on the opening and closing plate, wherein the hanging lever can be removed from the hanging groove when the control lever is rotated; and an interlocking lever arranged to be spaced at fixed intervals from the control lever and rotating by interlocking with the hanging lever, wherein the interlocking lever rotates the lock lever when the control lever is rotated at a position where the sliding cover slides.
본 발명에서는 콘솔 바디와, 콘솔 바디에 회동 가능하게 설치된 개폐 플레이트와, 개폐 플레이트에서 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩 커버가 포함된 슬라이딩 암레스트 구조를 갖는 콘솔 개폐 장치에 있어서, 상기 콘솔 바디에 대해 회동을 록킹 또는 록킹 해제하는 록 레버가 구비되고, 걸림홈이 소정 간격으로 이격되어 복수개 형성된 개폐 플레이트; 상기 슬라이딩 커버의 전단에 회동 가능하게 설치되고, 슬라이딩 커버의 초기 위치에서 회동 조작에 의해 록 레버가 록킹 해제 동작되도록 하는 조작 레버; 상기 조작 레버의 후방에서 조작 레버와 연동되어 회동 가능하게 설치되고, 개폐 플레이트에 형성된 걸림홈 중 어느 하나에 삽입되어 슬라이딩 커버의 슬라이딩을 제한하되 조작 레버의 회동 조작시 걸림홈에서 탈거되는 걸림 레버; 및 상기 조작 레버와 소정 간격 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 걸림 레버와 연동되어 회동되며, 슬라이딩 커버가 슬라이딩된 위치에서 조작 레버의 회동 조작시 록 레버를 회동시키는 인터락 레버;를 포함하는 슬라이딩 암레스트 콘솔 개폐 장치가 소개된다.

본 발명에서는 콘솔 바디와, 콘솔 바디에 회동 가능하게 설치된 개폐 플레이트와, 개폐 플레이트에서 슬라이딩되는 슬라이딩 커버가 포함된 슬라이딩 암레스트 구조를 갖는 콘솔 개폐 장치에 있어서, 상기 콘솔 바디에 대해 회동을 록킹 또는 록킹 해제하는 록 레버가 구비되고, 걸림홈이 소정 간격으로 이격되어 복수개 형성된 개폐 플레이트; 상기 슬라이딩 커버의 전단에 회동 가능하게 설치되고, 슬라이딩 커버의 초기 위치에서 회동 조작에 의해 록 레버가 록킹 해제 동작되도록 하는 조작 레버; 상기 조작 레버의 후방에서 조작 레버와 연동되어 회동 가능하게 설치되고, 개폐 플레이트에 형성된 걸림홈 중 어느 하나에 삽입되어 슬라이딩 커버의 슬라이딩을 제한하되 조작 레버의 회동 조작시 걸림홈에서 탈거되는 걸림 레버; 및 상기 조작 레버와 소정 간격 이격되어 배치되고, 상기 걸림 레버와 연동되어 회동되며, 슬라이딩 커버가 슬라이딩된 위치에서 조작 레버의 회동 조작시 록 레버를 회동시키는 인터락 레버;를 포함하는 슬라이딩 암레스트 콘솔 개폐 장치가 소개된다.
