ROOFING TILE WITH LOESS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a roofing tile with loess and a manufacturing method thereof, which can satisfy a breaking load without plasticity at a high temperature, and discharge an active component of loess. Moreover, insulation performance can be improved by the active component of loess. To achieve this, according to the present invention, in the roofing tile with loess, a mixture manufactured by mixing a coupling material, fine sand, loess, and water is formed to be roofing tile-shaped, and the formed roofing tile is manufactured by steam curing.
본 발명은 높은 온도에서 소성 없이도 파괴하중을 충족할 수 있고 황토의 유효 성분에 의한 단열성능이 개선되며 황토의 유효 성분을 방출할 수 있는 황토가 함유된 기와 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 황토가 함유된 기와는 결합재, 세사(fine sand), 황토 및 물을 혼합하여 제조된 혼합물을 기와 형태로 성형하고, 상기 성형된 성형 기와를 스팀 양생하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a roofing tile with loess and a manufacturing method thereof, which can satisfy a breaking load without plasticity at a high temperature, and discharge an active component of loess. 본 발명은 높은 온도에서 소성 없이도 파괴하중을 충족할 수 있고 황토의 유효 성분에 의한 단열성능이 개선되며 황토의 유효 성분을 방출할 수 있는 황토가 함유된 기와 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 황토가 함유된 기와는 결합재, 세사(fine sand), 황토 및 물을 혼합하여 제조된 혼합물을 기와 형태로 성형하고, 상기 성형된 성형 기와를 스팀 양생하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 한다.
