The present invention relates to an escape device for a balcony of an apartment house, capable of preventing an emergency ladder from being damaged due to strong wind by attaching the escape device to a handrail of the balcony in ordinary times and keeping the escape device and capable of evacuating an evacuee to a lower floor more quickly by promptly separating the escape device from the handrail of the balcony and using the escape device when a fire occurs. The escape device includes: the emergency ladder which is closely arranged on the indoor side of the handrail of the balcony; a separating and fixing unit which separately fixes the emergency ladder to the handrail of the balcony; and a plurality of ring type fixing units which are formed in the emergency ladder and are used to hang the emergency ladder on the outside of the handrail of the balcony in a vertical direction and use the emergency ladder.
본 발명은 평상시에는 발코니 난간에 대피장치를 부착시켜 보관함에 따라 비상 사다리가 강풍으로 인하여 손상되는 것을 방지하고, 화재의 발생시에는 대피장치를 발코니 난간에서 바로 분리시켜 사용함으로써 보다 신속하게 대피자가 아래층으로 대피할 수 있게 하는 공동주택의 발코니용 대피장치에 관한 것으로, 발코니 난간의 실내측에 밀착되게 배치되는 비상 사다리와; 상기 비상 사다리를 상기 발코니 난간에 분리 가능하게 고정하는 분리 고정수단과; 상기 비상 사다리에 구비되어 비상 사다리를 발코니 난간의 외측에서 수직 방향으로 걸어 사용할 수 있도록 하는 다수의 고리식 고정수단; 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
