The present invention relates to a building management system based on wireless local area communication which comprises: user tags assigned to building users, respectively and a manager tag assigned to a manager of a building; a user reader installed in an individual office wherein the user reader has an illuminance sensor; a manager reader assigned to a public place of the building; and an individual digital lock for access to the individual office and a common digital lock for access to the public space; a server wirelessly network-connected to the user reader, the manager reader, and the individual and common digital locks; and a user terminal connected to the server.
본 발명은 건물사용자에게 각각 부여되는 사용자태그와 건물의 관리자에게 부여되는 관리자태그, 개별사무실에 구비되면서 조도센서를 갖는 사용자리더, 건물의 공용공간에 부여되는 관리자리더, 개별사무실의 출입을 위한 개별디지털록 및 공용공간의 출입을 위한 공용디지털록를 포함하고, 상기 사용자리더 및 관리자리더, 개별 및 공용디지털록에 무선으로 네트워크 연결되는 서버, 상기 서버에 연결되는 사용자단말로서 이루어지는 근거리 무선통신 기반의 건물관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 건물사용자에게 각각 부여되는 사용자태그와 건물의 관리자에게 부여되는 관리자태그, 개별사무실에 구비되면서 조도센서를 갖는 사용자리더, 건물의 공용공간에 부여되는 관리자리더, 개별사무실의 출입을 위한 개별디지털록 및 공용공간의 출입을 위한 공용디지털록를 포함하고, 상기 사용자리더 및 관리자리더, 개별 및 공용디지털록에 무선으로 네트워크 연결되는 서버, 상기 서버에 연결되는 사용자단말로서 이루어지는 근거리 무선통신 기반의 건물관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
